Outdoor Mobile Toilet Construction Plan

Admin October 10, 2026

The outdoor mobile toilet construction plan should cover four core modules: project overview, construction deployment, quality control, and safe and civilized construction. The specific content is as follows:

I. Project Overview

  1. Project Background and Scale: In response to the need to upgrade urban public facilities, modular mobile toilets are to be constructed in commercial centers, transportation hubs, and other areas. Each toilet has a floor area of 18-25 square meters, with the total scale adjusted according to demand. It is equipped with men's toilets (3 squatting positions + 2 standing positions), women's toilets (4 squatting positions), barrier-free restrooms, and a management room, with a daily service capacity of up to 3,000 people.
  2. Technical Parameters: The design adopts a lightweight steel structure modular approach, with a factory prefabrication rate of ≥85% and an on-site assembly period of ≤7 days per unit. The main materials are Q235B steel (thickness ≥3mm) and B1-grade flame-retardant color-steel sandwich panels. The roof has a waterproof rating of Class III, and the floor is coated with 2mm-thick polyurethane waterproofing. Sewage discharge complies with the GB18918-2002 Class I A standard, and fecal treatment employs microbial degradation technology.
  3. Project Challenges: The toilets must withstand temperature variations from -10°C to 40°C, requiring the installation of pipe heating systems. The total construction period for each unit is ≤25 days, and special foundation treatment is needed for sloped areas (with slopes ranging from 8° to 15°).

II. Overall Construction Deployment

  1. Construction Preparation:
    • Technical Preparation: Complete component clash detection through BIM modeling, prepare specialized plans, and conduct briefings.
    • On-site Preparation: Level the site, set up temporary drainage ditches and water/electricity connection points, and erect a materials warehouse.
    • Materials and Equipment: Specify the specifications for materials such as steel sections, color-coated steel sheets, and non-slip floor tiles, ensuring they meet quality standards.
  2. Construction Process:
    • Foundation Construction: After clearing the site, drill and embed piles, bind reinforcement, and pour concrete.
    • Main Structure: Assemble the lightweight steel frame, paint the interior and exterior walls, and install doors, windows, and sanitary fixtures.
    • Water and Electricity Installation: Lay water supply and drainage pipes, install power and lighting systems, and test functionality.
    • Decoration and Finishing: Lay non-slip floor tiles, install ventilation equipment, and complete interior decoration.
    • Acceptance and Commissioning: Conduct a comprehensive inspection of facility integrity, conduct a trial run, and then hand over for use.

III. Construction Quality Control

  1. Material Control: Strictly inspect incoming materials to ensure they comply with national standards and design requirements.
  2. Process Supervision: Follow construction specifications, strengthen inspection of concealed works such as foundation reinforcement binding and pipe sealing tests.
  3. Completion Acceptance: Conduct functional tests in conjunction with quality inspection departments, and rectify issues such as leaks and equipment failures within a specified timeframe.

IV. Safe and Civilized Construction

  1. Safety Measures: Formulate emergency plans, set up warning signs, and regularly inspect temporary electricity usage and high-altitude work safety.
  2. Environmental Protection: Classify and dispose of construction waste, control dust and noise, and avoid polluting the surrounding environment.
