Outdoor Mobile Toilet

Admin September 23, 2026

Outdoor mobile toilets are facilities that can be moved as a whole and provide toilet services to the public. They are suitable for a variety of locations and come in multiple classifications and features.

Suitable Locations: Outdoor mobile toilets are suitable for stations, docks, tourist attractions, villa areas, newly built residential communities, large construction sites, squares, densely populated public places, and bustling commercial streets. These locations often have a high volume of foot traffic, with concentrated and time-varying demands for toilet facilities. Mobile toilets can flexibly meet these needs.

Component Structure: They are generally composed of fecal sewage storage tanks (or fecal sewage treatment devices), floor slabs, sanitary fixtures, walls, washing equipment, water tanks, roofs, and mobile devices. These components work together to ensure the mobile toilet functions properly. For example, the fecal sewage storage tank is used to collect and treat excreta, sanitary fixtures provide basic toilet equipment, and the mobile device facilitates the overall movement of the toilet.

Classification Methods:

  • By structural form: They can be divided into single-structure mobile toilets and composite-structure mobile toilets. Single-structure toilets are relatively simple and independent, while composite-structure toilets may be more complex and diverse in terms of functionality or spatial combination.
  • By mobility method: They are classified into lifting and handling-type mobile toilets and powered and towed-type mobile toilets. Lifting and handling-type toilets are suitable for short-distance movement or scenarios where specific equipment is used for movement; powered and towed-type toilets can achieve longer-distance movement through power sources such as vehicles.
  • By sewage treatment method: They are divided into water-flush and waterless suction-type mobile toilets, circulating water-flush mobile toilets, and dry-packing mobile toilets. Water-flush toilets offer better cleaning effects but require a certain amount of water resources; waterless suction-type toilets treat excreta through suction; circulating water-flush toilets enable the recycling of water resources; dry-packing toilets pack excreta for disposal without using water.

Features and Advantages: They can be conveniently transported to any location where a toilet needs to be installed and can be used repeatedly. They have the advantages of mobility, modularity, and ease of transportation. For example, there are models designed with four toilet stalls, two for men and two for women, with a common washing area in the middle and independent toilet stalls equipped with urinals; there are also models with four stalls, 4 meters long and 2.3 meters wide, with a pointed roof and metal carved panels on the exterior walls for thermal insulation, among other different designs and specifications of products.
