Northeast Indoor Mobile Toilet

Admin September 24, 2026

When customizing indoor mobile toilets in Northeast China, it is essential to focus on two core aspects: insulation structure and material technology, as well as the overall framework and sealing performance.

Insulation structure and material technology are crucial for coping with the severe cold. In Northeast China, winter temperatures are extremely low, and the insulation performance of indoor mobile toilets directly affects the user experience and equipment lifespan. High-quality products typically use extruded polystyrene boards as the insulation layer. Their closed-cell structure effectively blocks heat transfer, and when combined with insulated glass doors and windows, they form a double insulation barrier, reducing heat exchange between the interior and exterior. The selection of materials for the internal and external cladding is equally important. Galvanized steel sheets have a dense oxide film formed by the galvanized layer on their surface, providing significantly better rust resistance than ordinary iron sheets, which can extend the equipment's lifespan in humid environments. Additionally, some high-end products add a moisture barrier between the insulation layer and the cladding to further prevent condensation from eroding the structure.

The overall framework and sealing performance determine structural stability and wind resistance. The framework should use 80802.0mm square tubes, whose steel strength is sufficient to support the entire structure, preventing deformation due to snow accumulation or human use. Sealing treatment should cover all joints, especially the connections between the door frame and the wall, and the roof and the wall, which should be filled with weather-resistant sealant or rubber strips to prevent cold air infiltration. Some customized products adopt a double-door design, with the outer door for daily use and the inner door serving as an insulation buffer to further reduce heat loss. Additionally, a drainage slope should be set at the connection between the floor and the wall to prevent water accumulation and freezing, which could affect the sealing performance.

Ventilation and soundproofing designs should balance practicality and comfort. Indoor ventilation conditions in Northeast China are limited, so mobile toilets need to be equipped with low-noise exhaust fans that can be controlled by timers or human sensors to expel odors while reducing energy consumption. The exhaust ducts should be made of insulated materials to prevent condensation from flowing back into the interior. For soundproofing, in addition to selecting low-noise equipment, shock-absorbing pads can be installed on components such as water tanks and flush valves to reduce noise interference during use.

Through these designs, indoor mobile toilets in Northeast China can maintain stable operation in severe cold environments while meeting users' needs for comfort and practicality.
