New Type Mobile Toilet Squatting Pan
There are mainly two types of new-type mobile toilet squatting pans, each based on different technical principles and design features.
One type of new squatting pan is related to high-pressure molding die technology. Arrow Home Group, a ceramic sanitary ware company, has obtained a patent named 'A High-Pressure Squatting Pan Molding Die'. This die consists of parts such as a die shell, an upper die core, and a lower die core. The upper part of the die shell's surface is equipped with positioning hole seats, and a fixing plate is installed above it. The lower surface of the fixing plate has positioning rods. The upper die core is mounted on the lower surface of the fixing plate and connected to the die shell via positioning elements. The lower die core is placed inside the die shell, with an open side and equipped with a pick-and-place plate. The pick-and-place plate has a detachable assembly plate. During production, slurry forms a squatting pan mud blank between the upper and lower die cores. A robotic arm uses the pick-and-place plate to move the lower die core and the squatting pan mud blank upward, enabling quick removal from the die shell. After the squatting pan mud blank has initially solidified and its structural strength has increased, it can be removed from the open side of the lower die core without flipping it. This significantly reduces the risk of deformation of the squatting pan mud blank and helps improve the uniformity of its quality. This technology is mainly applied to the production of ceramic squatting pans, enhancing product quality and production efficiency by optimizing the molding die and blank removal method.
Another type of new mobile toilet squatting pan is made of full 304 stainless steel and is equipped with a packaged squatting pan and a fecal storage tank. This design allows the mobile toilet to function normally without water and electricity, requiring only regular cleaning of the fecal storage tank. Full 304 stainless steel offers advantages such as corrosion resistance, high strength, and easy cleaning, ensuring the long-term stable use of the mobile toilet in various environments. The packaged squatting pan collects and seals feces through a special packaging device, preventing odor emission and environmental pollution, and improving the user experience and hygiene level. This new-type mobile toilet squatting pan is suitable for places without water and electricity supply, such as outdoor construction sites and large event venues.
