New Mobile Toilet Construction Drawing
Currently, there is no direct construction drawing available for new mobile toilets, but we can introduce the key points and an example process for constructing mobile toilets.

Mobile toilets typically consist of several key components, including fecal sewage storage tanks (or fecal sewage treatment devices), floor slabs, sanitary fixtures, walls, washing facilities, water tanks, roofs, and mobile devices. These components work together to achieve the basic functions of a mobile toilet.
Taking the construction of a mobile toilet using water storage tanks and pallets as an example, the specific construction process is as follows:
- Mobile Device Installation: Fix universal wheels at the four corners of the pallet bottom. This is a crucial step in achieving the mobility of the mobile toilet. The selection of universal wheels should consider their load-bearing capacity and flexibility to ensure that the mobile toilet can move smoothly and easily.
- Tank Processing: Place the water storage tanks retrieved from the garbage station and use an angle grinder to cut along the top marking line to form an open-top tank. This step requires precise operation to ensure that the size and shape of the opening meet the design requirements for subsequent installation and use.
- Tank Assembly: Stack two open-top water storage tanks upside down and secure the outer frame with self-tapping screws. Cut out a rectangular opening to form the doorway. During assembly, ensure that the connection between the tanks is firm to prevent issues such as water leakage. The size of the doorway should be determined according to actual usage needs to facilitate personnel entry and exit.
- Internal Facility Installation: Drill a hole in the internal floor, insert an elbow, and connect it to a water pipe. Install a toilet and secure it. At the same time, fix a water pipe on the wall with clips, install a faucet, connect a drain pipe below, and install a stainless steel basin as a washbasin. The installation of these facilities should comply with hygiene standards to ensure safe and convenient use.
- Other Component Installation: Connect the water inlet pipe of the toilet tank and the shower hose, install the toilet seat and the spray-type showerhead. Finally, make a door for the toilet using wooden boards and hinges and install a door handle to ensure smooth opening and closing and good sealing.
When constructing a new mobile toilet in practice, the above process can be adjusted and optimized according to specific needs and design requirements, such as using more environmentally friendly materials and adding intelligent devices.
