Neixiang Mobile Toilet Rental Process

Admin October 05, 2026

The rental process for mobile toilets in Neixiang mainly includes eight steps: demand communication, proposal quotation, order confirmation, preparation and delivery, on-site installation, rental period services, expiration recovery, and settlement closure.

  1. Demand Communication: Customers need to provide detailed information to the rental company about the usage scenario, such as whether it is for construction site work, large-scale event venues, or other locations; specify the rental period, accurate to the specific start and end dates; inform the number of mobile toilets required to meet actual usage needs; propose functional requirements, such as whether they need to be equipped with handwashing basins or be barrier-free; and provide the location information of the site to facilitate the rental company in planning transportation routes and installation plans.
  2. Proposal Quotation: Based on the customer's requirements, the rental company recommends suitable types of mobile toilets, such as single-unit mobile toilets or connected mobile toilets, in combination with its own product resources. Subsequently, it calculates various costs, including rental fees, transportation costs, and installation costs, and provides the customer with a detailed written quotation to clearly show the composition of each cost.
  3. Order Confirmation: After carefully reviewing the proposal and quotation provided by the rental company, if the customer approves, they sign a rental contract. The contract will clearly define the rights and responsibilities of both parties, such as the rental company being responsible for the maintenance and repair of mobile toilets, and the customer being required to use them in accordance with regulations and bear liability for damages caused by improper use. At the same time, the customer needs to pay a certain proportion of the deposit to ensure the effectiveness of the order.
  4. Preparation and Delivery: According to the time agreed in the contract, the rental company conducts a comprehensive cleaning and functional inspection of the mobile toilets to ensure they are in good working condition. Then, it arranges suitable transportation vehicles to deliver the mobile toilets to the customer's designated site.
  5. On-site Installation: After the transportation vehicles arrive at the site, the staff will arrange and fix the toilets according to the actual situation of the site. For some locations that require special fixing, such as areas with strong winds or uneven ground, corresponding fixing measures will be taken. After installation, the basic functions of the mobile toilets, such as flushing and ventilation, are debugged to ensure normal operation.
  6. Rental Period Services: During the rental period, the rental company provides regular cleaning services in accordance with the contract to keep the mobile toilets clean and hygienic; promptly replenishes consumables such as toilet paper and hand sanitizer; and promptly repairs any faults that occur to ensure the normal use of the mobile toilets.
  7. Expiration Recovery: After the rental period ends, the staff will remove the fixing devices of the mobile toilets and transport them back to the rental company.
  8. Settlement Closure: The rental company will verify various costs during the rental period, such as whether there are additional service fees or damage compensation fees. After confirmation, it will refund the remaining deposit to the customer, completing the entire rental transaction.
