I. Naxi·Liangfengao Light Luxury Commercial Block

In 2023, Anfu Subdistrict in Naxi District, Luzhou City, took the opportunity of urban renewal to design the Liangfengao idle vacant land and created the Naxi·Liangfengao Light Luxury Commercial Block. Using containers as the carrier, this block has formed a unique consumption scene by transforming abandoned sites or urban corner areas. Its business mix covers fields such as catering and cultural creativity. The night-time economy and youth-oriented consumption have become the main features, injecting new commercial vitality into Naxi District.

II. Container Characteristic Blocks on Bingling Road and Liangfengao

At the end of 2024, the container characteristic blocks on Bingling Road and Liangfengao in Naxi District officially opened for business. These blocks also use containers as the main building structure. Through creative design and flexible layout, they have created commercial spaces with low costs, quick returns, high creativity, and strong social attributes. They not only enrich the commercial forms in Naxi District but also provide new consumption and leisure places for citizens.

III. 'Naxi Silk Factory·Tipsy Energy Station'

Located in Bingling Community, Naxi District, the 'Naxi Silk Factory·Tipsy Energy Station' is another highlight in the application of container houses in Naxi District. Relying on the former site of the Naxi Silk Factory, this project has built a characteristic consumption space that integrates industrial culture display, immersive interaction, and the night-time economy through the in-depth combination of the 'Third-Front Memory' and the social needs of contemporary young people. Covering a total area of 4,443.54 square meters, it has a layout of various business types such as Chinese cuisine, hot pot, pubs, and barbecues, becoming a new popular check-in spot in Naxi District.
