They need to have independent legal person status, and their business licenses should cover the installation services of environmental sanitation public facilities. The quotation method is one-time quotation, and joint bidding is not accepted. There are also strict regulations on the registration time. This shows that the scenic spot plans the rental of portable toilets in advance to cope with the significant increase in the number of tourists during the National Day holiday and ensure the convenience of tourists' toilet use.
The celebration venues for the National Day are also important application scenarios for portable toilets. During the 70th anniversary celebration of the National Day, Beijing Sanitation Group placed a large number of portable toilets in the areas around Tiananmen Square and along Chang'an Avenue, with a total of 596 units, including 3,540 newly produced toilet stalls and 1,505 repaired toilet stalls. According to the pedestrian traffic characteristics of different areas, different types of portable toilets are reasonably arranged. For example, tent toilets are placed in areas with the highest pedestrian traffic, trailer toilets are placed in open areas for easy movement, and single toilets are installed near relatively narrow alleys. At the same time, according to the on-site ratio of men and women using the toilets, the number of men's and women's toilet stalls can be quickly adjusted. By removing signs and partitions, the replacement of a toilet can be completed in just a few minutes, greatly improving the usage efficiency. In addition, hundreds of cleaning staff are arranged to ensure the sanitary conditions of the toilets, ensuring that there is no obvious odor and the floor is clean and free of debris.
In other applicable scenarios, portable toilets are shipped after the National Day holiday and are suitable for public areas such as scenic spots, parks, and streets. These portable toilets come in various specifications. For example, there is a type that is 9 meters long and 3 meters wide in total, with three independent toilets equipped with barrier-free facilities. On the other side is a management room where cleaning tools and office furniture are placed. These toilets are unisex and well-equipped, meeting the usage needs of different groups of people.
