Nanshan Baishizhou Container House
There is no publicly available information indicating the existence of container houses in Nanshan Baishizhou. Its core area is dominated by the Lvjing Baishizhou urban renewal project, which includes ultra-high-rise residential buildings, apartments, and commercial complexes.

Project Overview
The Lvjing Baishizhou project is located in Shahe Street, Nanshan District, Shenzhen, north of Shennan Avenue and south of Xiangshan West Street. It is one of the largest urban renewal projects in Shenzhen, with a total construction area of approximately 456,000 square meters (another plan indicates that the overall project reaches 5 million square meters), including residential buildings, apartments, commercial spaces, and large-scale public facilities. The project is undertaken by China Construction Third Engineering Bureau Shenzhen Company. The above-ground buildings consist of five structures, including two high-rise apartment buildings and three ultra-high-rise residential buildings, with the residential part reaching up to 74 floors, known as the "highest prefabricated residential project under construction nationwide."
Architectural Features
The project employs a large number of innovative technologies, such as the self-developed "residential building construction machine," construction robots, and unmanned aerial vehicle tower crane inspection systems, achieving significant results in intelligent and green construction. The residential units range from 110 to 187 square meters with three to four bedrooms, while the apartment units range from 45 to 75 square meters with one to two bedrooms. The delivery standard is fine decoration, with a property management fee of 5.8 yuan per square meter per month for residential units and 8.8 yuan per square meter per month for apartments.
Development Progress
The project is developed in four phases. Phase 1, "Lvjing Baishizhou Jingting," commenced delivery in February 2026, but the actual delivery time was delayed from the contractually agreed date (January 15, 2026) due to incomplete interior decoration and landscaping. Additionally, the project's affiliated Nanshan Foreign Language School, originally planned to open in September 2026, had not commenced construction by the delivery date and is expected to be completed in 2029.
Controversies and Issues
The project's delivery triggered维权 (rights protection) actions by some homeowners, with major disputes including interior decoration quality issues (such as moldy cabinets and leaking rooms), inconsistent delivery standards for public facilities, and delayed construction of the affiliated school. The developer responded that the project had passed government acceptance, with a delivery rate of 65%, and promised to fulfill warranty responsibilities. However, homeowners remained skeptical about the progress of rectifications and the fulfillment of supporting facilities.
