Nanchuan Mobile Environmental Toilet Materials

Admin September 28, 2026

The materials for Nanchuan mobile environmental toilets mainly include three categories: enclosure materials, eco-friendly building materials, and internal functional component materials, as detailed below:

Enclosure Materials

The enclosure is the main structure of the mobile toilet, and its material selection directly affects durability, thermal insulation, and cost.

  • Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic (FRP): Its one-piece molding process results in a tightly structured, highly corrosion-resistant material, particularly suitable for humid or chemically contaminated environments. It offers excellent thermal insulation, reducing energy consumption, but has a high initial purchase cost and is difficult to repair.
  • Metal Embossed Panels: These panels use metal as the base material, with a diverse range of appearances created through embossing processes. They combine high strength with fire resistance. The interior is filled with thermal insulation material to enhance thermal insulation effects, making them suitable for scenarios with high aesthetic and safety requirements.
  • Color-Coated Steel Sheets: Composed of upper and lower metal panels pressed with a polymer thermal insulation core in the middle, these sheets are cost-effective and easy to process. However, they have weaker long-term weather resistance, are prone to surface aging due to UV rays or temperature differences, and have inferior thermal insulation performance compared to the previous two options.

Eco-Friendly Building Materials

In addition to the enclosure, other structural parts of the mobile toilet also utilize various eco-friendly materials to balance performance and cost.

  • Color-Coated Sandwich Panels: Combining metal panels with a polymer thermal insulation core, these panels offer flame retardancy, sound insulation, and waterproofing, commonly used for walls or roofs. Their lightweight design facilitates easy transportation and installation.
  • Aluminum-Plastic Composite Panels: Known for their economic efficiency, these panels offer a wide range of color options and excellent fire resistance. They are easy to process and can be quickly molded into complex shapes, suitable for personalized design needs.
  • Preservative-Treated Wood: This natural wood, treated with preservatives, retains its wood grain while possessing anti-corrosion and moisture-resistant properties. It stands out for its environmental friendliness but requires regular maintenance to extend its service life.

Internal Functional Component Materials

Internal functional components directly contact users, so their materials must meet hygiene, durability, and ease-of-cleaning requirements.

  • Ceramics: Commonly used for toilet bowls, ceramics have a smooth surface that is easy to clean and resistant to chemical corrosion, but they are heavy and prone to breakage.
  • Stainless Steel: Used for sinks, handrails, and other components, stainless steel is wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and does not deform easily over long-term use, but it has a high cost.
  • Engineering Plastics: Such as ABS or PVC, used for toilet seats and door panels, these materials are lightweight, cost-effective, and resistant to chemical corrosion. However, high-strength models should be selected to avoid physical wear.

The material selection logic focuses on hygiene and ease of cleaning (such as the smooth surfaces of ceramics and stainless steel), resistance to chemical corrosion (such as the acid-base resistance of stainless steel and engineering plastics), and resistance to physical wear (such as the scratch resistance of metal materials), ensuring that the mobile toilet maintains functionality and aesthetics during long-term use.
