Nanchang Mobile Environmental Toilet Inspection

Admin October 01, 2026

The inspection of mobile environmental toilets in Nanchang is a core aspect of ensuring the quality of public sanitation facilities, requiring comprehensive verification by third-party organizations of hygiene safety, structural stability, and environmental adaptability. The inspection is based on national regulations such as the 'Urban Public Toilet Design Standard' (CJJ 14-2016) and the 'Portable Sanitation Facility Hygiene Standard', as well as special acceptance standards issued by the urban management and sanitation departments in Jiangxi and Nanchang, ensuring that products possess environmental sewage discharge qualifications, fire safety certifications, and steel structure quality inspection reports.

The inspection scope covers more than 15 types of samples, including plastic integral, metal frame composite panel, and biodegradable mobile toilets. The core inspection items are divided into three categories:

  1. Structural Safety: Conduct wind pressure and seismic tests to verify structural stability, ensuring resistance to wind, pressure, water, and seepage under Nanchang's subtropical monsoon climate (hot and rainy summers, cold and damp winters); salt spray/acid-base tests assess material corrosion resistance, preventing metal component rust due to damp climates.
  2. Hygiene Safety: Test formaldehyde and VOC emissions to control indoor air pollution; surface colony count and E. coli group tests ensure microbial control standards are met, avoiding cross-infection; wastewater treatment system purification efficiency verification must meet environmental sewage discharge standards, preventing direct sewage discharge from polluting the environment.
  3. Functional Adaptability: Focus on testing ventilation and deodorization system efficiency for Nanchang's climate characteristics, ensuring odor control effectiveness in hot and humid environments; also verify fire safety performance, such as fire-resistant material properties and emergency exit design.

Industry regulatory requirements are strict, with scenic spots and municipal projects strictly prohibiting the use of unqualified, simply assembled, low-quality temporary toilets. Local manufacturers in Nanchang with integrated research, production, sales, and service capabilities, being familiar with local acceptance standards, have products better suited to local climate needs in terms of corrosion prevention, waterproofing, and ventilation and deodorization. Inspection reports must be issued by third-party organizations as essential documents for product acceptance; non-compliant products are not allowed to be put into use.
