Small Multi-functional Mobile Toilet
The small multi-functional mobile toilet is a sanitary facility that can be flexibly moved, has diverse functions, and is suitable for various scenarios. Its design forms and functional configurations are rich and varied.
In terms of production methods, there are creative renovation cases using plastic buckets. By installing universal wheels, the originally fixed plastic buckets gain mobility; wooden strips are used to fix the structure and enhance stability; cutting is carried out to fit other components; door panels are assembled to provide privacy space; floor drains and connected pipes are installed to enable sewage discharge, ultimately creating a multi-functional toilet that can be freely moved outdoors.
In terms of structural composition, a mobile toilet generally consists of multiple parts. The fecal sewage storage tank (or fecal sewage treatment device) is used to collect and treat excreta; the floor ensures stability during use; sanitary ware meets basic hygiene needs; walls provide privacy and protection; washing equipment facilitates cleaning; a water tank stores water for flushing; the roof protects against wind and rain; and the mobile device gives it mobility.
In terms of structural forms, mobile toilets can be divided into single-structure mobile toilets and composite-structure mobile toilets. The single-structure type is relatively independent and simple, while the composite-structure type may integrate more functions or components, resulting in a more complex structure. According to the method of movement, there are lifting and handling-type mobile toilets that rely on lifting equipment or manual handling for movement; power-driven and towed-type mobile toilets that can be moved by power drive or vehicle towing. Based on sewage treatment methods, there are water-flushing and non-water-flushing suction-type mobile toilets. The former uses water for cleaning, while the latter treats excreta through suction; circulating water-flushing mobile toilets recycle water resources; and dry-packing mobile toilets package excreta in a dry form.
There are also various small mobile toilet-related products on the market, such as portable air-cushion water-flushing toilets for outdoor camping, which have large storage space and are suitable for vehicle use; mobile portable water-flushing toilets with indoor stands for the elderly, pregnant women, and patients, which are convenient for specific groups to use indoors or outdoors; and portable RV toilets, multi-functional vehicle-mounted commodes, and flushing toilets, etc. In addition, there are compact and intelligent eco-friendly mobile public toilets with complete configurations including an internal feces collection system, washbasins, smart mirrors, and breathing lights, which can be used directly after being manufactured in the factory.
