Movable Toilet

Admin September 22, 2026

A movable toilet is a facility that can be moved as a whole to provide toilet services to the public and customers. The following is a detailed introduction from the aspects of composition, classification, and application scenarios:

Composition: A movable toilet generally consists of multiple parts. The fecal sewage storage tank (or fecal sewage treatment device) is used to collect and treat excreta; the floor provides a stable standing and activity space; sanitary ware such as toilets meets basic toilet needs; walls serve to isolate and protect privacy; washing equipment facilitates user cleaning; a water tank provides water for flushing and other operations; the roof provides shelter from wind and rain; and the moving device enables the toilet to be moved as a whole. In addition, there are movable toilets with a stool-type flip cover design, which can prevent odors, are easy to clean, and can also be used with garbage bags.

Classification:

  • By structural form: They can be divided into single-structure movable toilets and composite-structure movable toilets. The single-structure type is relatively simple and independent, while the composite-structure type may be composed of multiple parts and may have more complex and diverse functions.
  • By moving method: There are lifting and handling-type movable toilets, which usually require the assistance of equipment such as cranes for movement; and powered and towed-type movable toilets, which have their own power or can be moved by being towed by vehicles, offering more flexible movement.
  • By sewage treatment method: They are divided into water-flushing and non-water-flushing suction-type movable toilets. The water-flushing type maintains cleanliness through water flow flushing, while the non-water-flushing suction type treats excreta through suction. The circulating water-flushing type movable toilet can recycle water to save water resources; and the dry-packing type movable toilet dry-packs excreta without using water.

Application scenarios: Movable toilets such as non-water-packing toilets are suitable for various places, such as construction sites, providing convenient toilet conditions for workers; public places like scenic spots and parks, meeting the toilet needs of tourists, and can be flexibly arranged and moved according to the flow of people and site conditions. Movable toilets can be placed in living rooms, bedrooms, bathrooms, etc., providing convenience for people with mobility issues or special needs.
