Mobile Toilets for Construction Sites
Mobile toilets for construction sites are facilities that can be moved as a whole and provide toilet services for workers, featuring mobility, modularity, and ease of transportation.

Production Methods:
There are various ways to produce mobile toilets, with a common method involving the use of water storage tanks and pallets. Universal wheels are fixed at the four corners of the pallet bottom to enable mobility. After placing the water storage tank, components such as toilets, faucets, washbasins, and showers are installed through cutting and opening processes, followed by the installation of doors to complete the production. Additionally, factories can accept custom orders, setting up different numbers of male and female stalls based on actual needs, such as a higher number of male stalls when there are more men than women, to meet usage requirements in specific scenarios.
Composition and Structure:
Mobile toilets generally consist of multiple parts. The fecal sewage storage tank (or fecal sewage treatment device) is used to collect and treat excreta; the floor provides a stable standing and moving space; sanitary ware, including toilets, meets basic toilet needs; walls serve as enclosures and partitions; grooming equipment such as washbasins and faucets facilitates worker hygiene; water tanks store clean water; roofs provide shelter from wind and rain; and the mobile device enables the entire toilet to be moved.
Classification Methods:
Mobile toilets can be classified by structural form into single-structure and composite-structure mobile toilets; by mobility into hoisting and handling-type mobile toilets, and powered and towed-type mobile toilets; and by sewage treatment method into water-flush and waterless-flush suction-type mobile toilets, circulating water-flush mobile toilets, and dry-packing mobile toilets. Different types are suitable for different construction site environments and needs.
Advantages:
Mobile toilets offer significant advantages. Their mobility allows them to be easily transported to construction sites or other locations where toilets are needed, eliminating the need for complex civil engineering work. Modularity enables flexible adjustment of the number and scale of toilets based on actual occupancy and usage requirements. The ease of transportation facilitates quick repositioning of toilets during site relocation or layout adjustments, and they can be reused multiple times, reducing usage costs.
