Mobile Toilet Welding Production Method

Admin October 22, 2026

The welding production method for mobile toilets requires following key steps such as material selection, structural design, welding process, functional module installation, and surface treatment, as detailed below:

1. Material Selection and Preparation

The main structure should preferably use aluminum-zinc coated steel sheets (such as Q235 material), with a zinc layer thickness of 120g/㎡ to ensure corrosion resistance. Auxiliary materials include stainless steel sheets (for fixing internal facilities), water pipes, electrical wires, and glass wool insulation (50mm thick). Tools required include electric welders (recommended CO2 shielded welding equipment), cutting machines, wrenches, and automated welding equipment (to enhance precision).

2. Structural Design and Cutting

  1. Modular Design: Design fixed modular boxes based on usage scenarios (such as single-person or public restrooms). The smallest unit meets single-person needs, and multiple units can be expanded into office or public spaces. The box thickness is typically 50mm, internally supported by a steel structural frame with a load-bearing capacity of 5 tons.
  2. Cutting Processing: Use a cutting machine to process aluminum-zinc coated steel sheets into components such as walls, floors, and ceilings. For example, cut four rectangular sheets of the same size for walls, with one sheet reserved for door and window openings; the floor should have a drainage slope (such as 3°) to prevent water accumulation.

3. Welding Process

  1. Main Frame Welding: Use CO2 shielded welding to connect the sheets, ensuring the weld strength reaches 85% or more of the base material to ensure box tightness. The external frame should form a high-strength steel structure, such as connecting aluminum-zinc coated steel sheets into an overall frame through welding.
  2. Automated Assistance: Using automated welding equipment can reduce human errors and enhance welding precision, especially suitable for complex structures or mass production scenarios.

4. Functional Module Installation

  1. Water and Electricity Systems: After welding, connect to standard water and electricity interfaces, arrange water pipes and electrical wires, and reserve drainage slopes.
  2. Internal Facilities: Install sanitary facilities such as toilets, water tanks, and faucets, and enhance stability by welding fixed anchor points.
  3. Insulation and Ventilation: Fill the interior with 50mm thick glass wool insulation to raise indoor temperatures by 8-10℃ in winter; maintain air circulation in summer through ventilation designs (such as exhaust fans or natural ventilation openings).

5. Surface Treatment and Acceptance

  1. Corrosion Protection: Apply environmentally friendly coatings to welding points to extend the service life to over 10 years.
  2. Functional Testing: Check the integrity of welding points, box tightness, and the normal operation of water and electricity systems and sanitary facilities to ensure compliance with temporary or semi-permanent sanitation facility standards.

Technical Highlights: Modular design supports area customization, and automated welding enhances precision, suitable for temporary or semi-permanent needs in scenarios such as villas and scenic spots.
