Mobile Toilet Water Tank Installation
Admin October 22, 2026
The following steps can be referred to for the installation of a mobile toilet water tank:

Pre-installation Preparations
- Site Survey and Location Selection: Before installation, conduct a detailed site survey. Choose a flat area with firm and stable soil, avoiding low-lying areas prone to water accumulation. At the same time, assess whether the site has access to electricity to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
- Foundation Treatment and Ground Leveling: Based on the size and weight of the mobile toilet, carry out foundation construction. Common foundation types include concrete foundations, pre-fabricated cement slabs, or reinforced gravel floors. The ground should be level to ensure full contact between the toilet tank and the ground without any suspension.
- Equipment Inspection and Component Verification: Before installation, carefully check all components against the equipment list to ensure they are complete and in good condition. Focus on inspecting core components such as the water circulation treatment unit, water storage tank, toilet bowl, pipes, wires, and control panel for any damage or missing parts during transportation. Verify the completeness and accuracy of the installation drawings and familiarize yourself with the connection relationships of each component.
Main Body Installation and Pipe Connection
- Tank Positioning and Fixing: Use lifting or handling equipment to smoothly hoist the toilet tank onto the foundation, avoiding violent collisions. Use a spirit level to measure the tank's levelness in multiple directions. If there is any tilt, adjust it promptly. After confirming levelness, use anchor bolts, wind-resistant fixing straps, or other anchoring methods to reliably connect the tank to the foundation to prevent movement or overturning due to external forces.
- Water Circulation System Unit Installation: The water circulation treatment unit is a core component and should be installed in the designated position according to technical requirements, such as inside the equipment room of the tank or on the base below. Ensure the unit is placed steadily and leave sufficient space around it for operation and maintenance. The installation environment of the unit should be well-ventilated and avoid extreme conditions such as humidity or high temperature.
- Pipe System Connection:
- Inlet Pipe Connection: Reliably connect the external water supply pipe to the toilet inlet valve and water storage tank. Install a filter at the inlet end to prevent impurities from entering the system. After connection, check the tightness of all interfaces to ensure there is no leakage.
- Internal Circulation Pipe Connection: Correctly connect the pipes between the toilet bowl, collection tank, water circulation treatment unit, and the purified fresh water tank according to the flow chart to ensure the normal operation of the water circulation system.
