Mobile Toilet Water Tank Installation
The methods for installing water tanks in mobile toilets vary depending on the type of toilet. The key points for installing water tanks in common water-circulating mobile toilets and squat-type toilets are as follows:

Water-Circulating Mobile Toilet Water Tank Installation
- Pre-installation Preparation
- Site Survey and Location Selection: Choose a location with a relatively flat terrain that facilitates drainage and water supply. Also, consider the impact of the surrounding environment on toilet usage, such as avoiding proximity to pollution sources.
- Foundation Treatment and Ground Leveling: Treat the foundation at the installation location to ensure the ground is flat and solid, capable of bearing the weight of the water tank and related equipment, and preventing issues like subsidence in the later stages that could affect the normal use of the water tank.
- Equipment Inspection and Component Verification: Carefully check whether the water tank and related components are intact and verify that they include necessary parts such as the storage tank to avoid installation failures due to missing or damaged components.
- Main Installation
- Connecting the Water Supply Pipe: Reliably connect the external water supply pipe to the toilet's inlet valve and storage tank. Usually, a filter needs to be installed at the inlet end to prevent impurities from entering the system, avoiding pipe blockages or damage to the water pump. For example, if impurities such as sand grains and rust in the water enter the water pump, they may wear out the impeller of the water pump, affecting its service life and performance.
- Checking Interface Sealing: After connection, carefully check the sealing of all interfaces to ensure there is no leakage. Professional detection tools or methods can be used, such as applying soapy water to observe whether bubbles are produced. If leakage is found, the connection should be redone or the sealing parts should be replaced in a timely manner to prevent water leakage from the water tank during use, which could affect the normal operation of the toilet.
Squat-Type Toilet Water Tank Installation
The installation location of a squat-type toilet water tank is relatively flexible. If it cannot be installed behind the squat-type toilet, it can be installed on the left or right side. The mobile installation has little impact in practice. However, during installation, ensure a smooth connection between the water tank and the squat-type toilet, with an appropriate water pipe length to guarantee normal water supply. At the same time, pay attention to the fixation of the water tank to prevent shaking or displacement during use.
