Mobile Toilet Water Tank
The mobile toilet water tank is a crucial component of mobile toilets, primarily used for storing and supplying water for flushing. The following provides an introduction from the aspects of composition, brands, parameters, and installation points:

I. Basic Composition and Function
Mobile toilets are typically composed of modules such as fecal sewage storage tanks (or disposal devices), floor slabs, sanitary ware, walls, washing equipment, water tanks, roofs, and mobile devices. Among them, the water tank, as the core water supply component, is connected to squat toilets or sit toilets through pipes and uses pressure differences to achieve flushing. Its design needs to balance both sealing (to prevent water leakage) and corrosion resistance (to adapt to different water qualities). Some high-end models are also equipped with water level monitoring or automatic water replenishment devices.
II. Brands and Product Differences
Mainstream brands in the market include Zhengda Hongye, Changjiu, Honggang Environmental Protection, etc. Different brands have differences in materials, craftsmanship, and additional functions. For example, Zhengda Hongye may focus on the lightweight design of engineering-grade plastic water tanks, Changjiu may offer high-pressure-resistant models made of stainless steel, and Honggang Environmental Protection may specialize in optimizing freeze resistance in low-temperature environments. Users need to select appropriate brands according to usage scenarios (such as outdoor temporary events or fixed locations in scenic spots).
III. Key Technical Parameters
- Working Pressure: Common specifications are 0.3MPa, 0.5MPa, and 0.6MPa. Some industrial-grade products can reach 100MPa (but such high-pressure water tanks are mostly used in special scenarios and are rarely adopted in ordinary mobile toilets). The pressure value directly affects the flushing force and needs to be matched with the piping system to avoid damage to pipe fittings due to excessive pressure or poor flushing due to low pressure.
- Operating Temperature: The mainstream range is 10℃~80℃ or 5℃~70℃. Selection should be based on the climate of the usage area. For example, in northern winters, low-temperature water tanks (such as 5℃~70℃) should be selected to prevent internal freezing and expansion from damaging the structure; in high-temperature areas, attention should be paid to the material's aging resistance.
- Wall Thickness: Usually ranges from 1mm to 12mm. The thicker the wall, the higher the strength of the water tank, but the weight also increases. Since mobile toilets need to be moved frequently, a medium wall thickness of 2mm~5mm is generally adopted to balance durability and portability.
IV. Installation Flexibility
The installation position of the squat toilet water tank is not limited to the rear. If there is insufficient space at the rear (such as against a wall or an obstacle), it can be moved to the left or right, but the following must be ensured:
- The length of the pipe connection does not exceed 3 meters to avoid pressure attenuation;
- The bottom of the water tank is fixed to the ground to prevent tipping;
- The operation panel (such as the flushing button) faces the user for easy use.
In addition, some mobile toilets adopt an integrated water tank design, integrating the water supply and sewage systems to further save space.
