Mobile Toilet Warm Room

A mobile toilet warm room is a mobile toilet facility specifically designed for outdoor scenarios with thermal insulation capabilities. It achieves efficient thermal insulation through various materials, structures, and insulation measures, making it suitable for garden attractions, outdoor attractions, parks, railway stations, public communities, and other places.

Materials and Structure

Mobile toilet warm rooms are available in a variety of materials, such as stainless steel, fiberglass-reinforced plastic, anti-corrosion wood, and metal. Some adopt a double-wall structure, with the outer layer being color-coated steel sheets, the inner layer being fireproof boards, and a 5cm layer of polyurethane foam or rock wool insulation sandwiched in between. The thermal conductivity is as low as 0.024W/(m·K), which improves the thermal insulation performance by three times compared to traditional materials, effectively blocking heat loss.

Thermal Insulation Measures

• Door and Window Sealing: EPDM rubber strips are installed on doors and windows for sealing, and the ventilation openings are upgraded with temperature-controlled louver devices, which can effectively reduce heat loss by more than 60% and prevent cold air from entering the room.
• Drainage System: Expanded perlite is filled around the trap of the squat toilet, and the drainage pipes are wrapped with a 50mm-thick insulation layer, forming a three-dimensional thermal insulation system to avoid heat loss during drainage.
• Pipe Anti-freezing: Self-regulating heating cables (with a power of 8W/M) are wound around the pipes, equipped with an intelligent temperature control box. When the sensor detects that the temperature is below 5℃, it automatically starts. The aluminum foil heat conduction layer ensures that a total power of 75W can maintain the pipe surface temperature above 5℃ in an environment of -15℃. All pipelines are covered with rubber insulating sleeves, and key nodes such as valves are overlaid with double-layer insulation materials to prevent pipe freezing and cracking.

Heating System

• Electric Heating Solution: PTC ceramic heating sheets are installed on the walls of the toilet area, which can raise the temperature by 15℃ in 5 minutes. The surface temperature is controlled below 60℃ to ensure safety and energy efficiency. The air conditioning system is equipped with a temperature sensor for automatic constant temperature control.
• Fuel-fired Hot Air System: A 30,000kcal/h fuel-fired hot air blower evenly distributes hot air through air ducts, raising the temperature of a 5㎡ space by 15℃ within 30 minutes. It is recommended to start this system in extreme weather conditions below -20℃.
• Municipal Heat Source Utilization: Attractions with the necessary conditions can connect to the central heating system and use radiators to achieve continuous and stable heating.
