Mobile Toilet Wall Treatment

Admin September 21, 2026

Mobile toilet wall treatment mainly includes two aspects: daily cleaning and construction treatment.

Daily Cleaning Treatment

Daily cleaning is a crucial step in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of mobile toilet walls. Due to the high frequency of use of mobile toilets, walls are prone to accumulating dust, stains, etc. When cleaning, use a clean cloth or mop. For general dust, gently wipe it away with a dry cloth. If there are stains on the wall, such as water stains or oil stains, wet the cloth, wring it out, and then dip it in an appropriate amount of neutral cleaning agent for wiping. Neutral cleaning agents do not damage the wall material and can effectively remove stains. When wiping, pay attention to applying moderate force to avoid scratching the wall. For some stubborn stains, you can appropriately increase the number of wiping times or extend the wiping time, but never use sharp objects or strong acid or alkali cleaning agents to avoid damaging the wall. After cleaning, dry the wall with a clean dry cloth to prevent moisture residue from causing mold or bacteria growth on the wall.

Construction Treatment

During the construction phase of a mobile toilet, wall putty application is an important part. Although the specific construction steps and details are not elaborated, the general process is as follows. First, treat the wall base to ensure that the wall is flat, solid, dry, and free from cracks and hollowing. If there are uneven areas on the wall, use cement mortar for repair and leveling. After the base treatment is completed, proceed with the putty application. Select a qualified putty product and mix the putty according to the product instructions. Use a scraper to evenly apply the putty to the wall. Generally, two to three coats are required, with an appropriate thickness for each coat. Also, wait for the previous coat of putty to dry before applying the next one. During the application process, pay attention to scraping evenly to avoid unevenness. After the putty application is completed, sanding treatment is required to make the wall smoother and flatter. When sanding, use sandpaper to gently sand the wall to remove surface burrs and flaws. Finally, clean the wall to remove the dust generated during sanding and prepare for subsequent wall decoration.
