Mobile Toilet Vehicle with Tires

Admin September 23, 2026

Different types of mobile toilet vehicles are equipped with different tires, mainly including radial steel-wire tires, solid tires, and tires of various specifications.

The Sinotruk Howo logistical support mobile toilet vehicle is equipped with radial steel-wire tires. Radial steel-wire tires are a type of tire with a special structure. The arrangement direction of the tire body cords is consistent with the meridian section of the tire, similar to the direction of the Earth's meridians, hence the name. This type of tire has relatively fewer cord layers and thinner sidewalls. During driving, the stress on the tire crown can be evenly dispersed to the tire body, giving the tire strong load-bearing capacity. At the same time, it has good wear resistance and puncture resistance, enabling it to adapt to the driving requirements of mobile toilet vehicles under different road conditions.

The 8-meter mobile toilet base flatbed tractor uses solid tires, with a total of 8 tires. A solid tire is a tire without an inner tube, and its tire body has a solid structure. Compared with pneumatic tires, solid tires have advantages such as wear resistance, puncture resistance, and no risk of tire burst, which can ensure the stability and safety of the vehicle during driving. For the mobile toilet base flatbed tractor, since it needs to carry relatively heavy mobile toilet equipment, solid tires can provide more reliable support and reduce transportation risks caused by tire failures.

The Shuchi toilet vehicle has a tire specification of 10R22.5. In the tire specification, '10' indicates that the section width of the tire is 10 inches, 'R' represents a radial structure, and '22.5' indicates that the diameter of the rim is 22.5 inches. This specification of tire can meet the driving requirements of the Shuchi toilet vehicle in terms of size and performance, providing good grip and stability.

The Sinotruk HOWO mobile toilet vehicle has a relatively diverse range of tire specifications, including 275/80R22.5 18PR, 11R22.5 18PR, 295/80R22.5 18PR, 12R22.5 18PR, etc. Among them, '275/80R22.5' indicates that the section width of the tire is 275 millimeters, the aspect ratio is 80%, and the rim diameter is 22.5 inches; '18PR' indicates that the ply rating of the tire is 18 layers. The higher the ply rating, the stronger the load-bearing capacity of the tire. These different specifications of tires can be selected according to the actual usage requirements of the vehicle to meet the driving requirements under different road conditions and load-bearing conditions.
