Explanation of Mobile Toilet Vehicle

Admin September 23, 2026

A mobile toilet vehicle is a facility that can be moved as a whole and placed at fixed or temporary locations to provide toilet services to the public. It has the advantages of mobility, modularity, and ease of transportation. The following is a detailed introduction using the Heavy Truck Howo Logistics Support Mobile Toilet Vehicle as an example:

Chassis and Power: It adopts the Heavy Truck Howo 4*2 National VI chassis, with an engine power of 257kw, which is superior to the 220KW required in the bidding documents, providing strong power. It is equipped with radial steel-belted tires to enhance driving stability; the double-door integrated cab design balances practicality and comfort.

Upper Body Material and Structure: The main body of the upper part is made of high-quality carbon steel plates, with anti-rust and anti-fatigue properties that meet national standards; the walls adopt a frame + polyurethane filling structure, ensuring a stable overall framework. The top of the carriage is laid with anti-slip patterned aluminum plates, and the door structure uses anodized aluminum profiles. Reinforcing parts are pre-embedded at all openings and load-bearing parts to ensure the safety of the carriage's load-bearing capacity. All gaps are filled with silicone, which is flat and full, effectively preventing leakage.

Carriage Layout and Functions: The carriage can simultaneously meet the needs of 8 people, with a separate design for men and women, equipped with 3 urinals. The internal facilities include:

  • Air Conditioning and Ventilation: Each men's and women's area is equipped with a 1.5P air conditioner, and the top is equipped with an electric exhaust fan. The compartments use honeycomb aluminum partitions and are individually equipped with exhaust fans to ensure air circulation.
  • Sanitary Facilities: 6 vacuum suction-type squat toilets (made of 316 stainless steel), 2 sit-down toilets, 2 sets of sinks (with independent faucets), as well as auxiliary facilities such as toilet paper, hand soap, and tissue boxes. There is also a half-length mirror at the sink to enhance convenience of use.
  • Lighting and Safety: Each compartment is equipped with an independent lighting lamp and a coat hook, and the top is equipped with a climbing ladder for equipment maintenance.

Water Tank and Sewage Disposal System: It is equipped with a 500L gray water tank, and an overall control cabinet is set up inside the carriage, integrating equipment such as voltmeters, ammeters, and temperature sensors. It is also equipped with a sewage pump with a power greater than 1.5KW to achieve efficient sewage disposal.

Generator and Power Supply: It uses a silent generator that can be directly fueled by the chassis fuel tank. During operation, the electricity consumption does not exceed 90% of the rated power, ensuring stable power supply.

Other Configurations: Warning lights are installed on the roof and tail of the vehicle, and it is equipped with a 10-meter-deep device (incomplete information), which may be used for sewage disposal or water supply extension.

Classification and Characteristics: Mobile toilet vehicles are classified into single-body and composite structures according to their structure; according to the method of movement, they are divided into lifting, handling types and powered, towed types; according to the sewage treatment method, they are divided into water flush, non-water flush suction, circulating water flush, and dry packing types. Their core advantage lies in their ability to be quickly deployed to the required location and can be reused repeatedly, adapting to scenarios such as temporary events and disaster relief.
