Mobile Toilet Vehicle Configuration Standards
The configuration standards for mobile toilet vehicles cover multiple aspects including vehicle chassis, toilet layout, water supply and sewage disposal, ventilation and deodorization, electrical systems, internal facilities, and safety maintenance.

In terms of the vehicle chassis, it is typically based on a truck chassis with a three-axle design, a wheelbase of 5600mm, and is equipped with an 8.8L displacement, 260kW power engine. This ensures that it can maintain a speed of 89km/h even when the gross vehicle weight is 22500kg, adapting to complex road conditions. There are also models that use the Sinotruk Howo 4*2 National VI chassis, with an engine power of 257kw, which is superior to the 220KW specified in the bidding documents, and is equipped with radial steel-belted tires and a double-door integrated cab.
Regarding toilet layout, the interior of the compartment is divided into multiple independent restrooms, with the vehicle capable of meeting the sanitary needs of 8 people simultaneously. It features separate areas for men and women and is equipped with 3 urinals. Common single/double-occupancy mobile toilets have dimensions of approximately 1.2×2.5×2.3 meters in length, width, and height, while specially customized models can exceed 3×4 meters, meeting the needs of multiple people using them simultaneously.
For water supply and sewage disposal, technologies such as vacuum sewage suction and circulating water filtration are employed to achieve separate treatment of sewage and clean water. Standard models come with their own water tanks (with a capacity of about 200L) and sewage tanks. Some require external connections to municipal water and electricity supplies, while temporary models for construction sites often use solar power and rainwater collection systems. The Sinotruk Howo logistical support mobile toilet vehicle is equipped with three water tanks in total, including a 500L gray water tank. Inside the compartment, there is a comprehensive control cabinet with a voltmeter, ammeter, insulation, sensors, indicator lights, sockets, and a dedicated sewage pump with a motor power greater than 1.5KW for easy sewage disposal.
In terms of ventilation and deodorization, the interior of the compartment uses a ventilation system, with electric exhaust fans installed on the top of the sanitary areas. Honeycomb aluminum partitions are used between the restrooms, and each compartment is equipped with an exhaust fan. Vacuum sewage technology reduces odor diffusion through negative pressure suction.
For the electrical system, power outlets are reserved for external connection to generators or municipal power supplies. The Sinotruk Howo logistical support mobile toilet vehicle is equipped with a 1.5P air conditioner in both the men's and women's areas. The generator is a silent type and can be directly fueled from the chassis fuel tank.
Regarding internal facilities, it is equipped with non-slip floors, lighting equipment, toilet paper holders, storage shelves, etc. Some high-end models are equipped with aroma diffusers and emergency call devices.
In terms of safety and maintenance, warning lights are installed on the roof and tail of the vehicle, along with safety facilities such as fire extinguishers and non-slip mats. Before use, it is necessary to check the liquid levels of the clean water and sewage tanks, as well as the power system, to ensure normal equipment operation. When discharging sewage, it is necessary to connect to dedicated treatment equipment to avoid direct discharge polluting the environment. During vehicle travel, all sanitary unit doors should be closed to prevent damage to components due to bumps. Regular maintenance includes cleaning the filters, checking the sealing of the vacuum pump, and lubricating the transmission components to extend the equipment's lifespan.
