Classification by Structure and Mobility Method

• Chassis and power: It adopts the SINOTRUK HOWO 4*2 National VI chassis, with an engine power of 257kw, which is superior to the 220KW specified in the bidding documents. It is equipped with radial steel-cord tires and a double-door integrated cab.
• Upper body and compartment: The upper body is made of high-quality carbon steel plates, with anti-rust and anti-fatigue properties that meet national standards. The wall is an overall frame structure consisting of a framework and polyurethane filling. The compartment can meet the toilet needs of 8 people, with separate areas for men and women and 3 urinals.
• Roof and doors: The roof is paved with anti-slip patterned aluminum plates. The door structure uses anodized aluminum profiles, with pre-embedded parts for all openings and load-bearing areas, and the gaps are filled and leveled with silicone.
• Equipment and facilities: It is equipped with a roof ladder for easy maintenance. The generator is a quiet type and can be fueled by the chassis fuel tank. There is one 1.5P air conditioner in each of the men's and women's areas. The toilet area has an electric exhaust fan at the top, and the compartments use honeycomb aluminum partitions with independent lighting lamps and coat hooks. There are 6 squat toilets, which are vacuum suction type and made of 316 stainless steel, and 2 sit-down toilets, with a vacuum pump power greater than 2KW. It also has 2 sets of washbasins with independent faucets and auxiliary facilities, three water tanks, including a 500L gray water tank, an overall control cabinet, and warning lights on the roof and at the rear.
