Mobile Toilet Urinal Installation
The installation of a mobile toilet urinal can be carried out according to the following steps to ensure proper operation and safety:

1. Determine the Hook Position and Drill Holes for Fixing
Based on the design dimensions of the urinal, mark the installation positions of the hooks on the wall. Use a spirit level to ensure the hooks are level, preventing the urinal from tilting after installation. Drill six holes at the marked positions (the hole diameter should match the expansion rubber particles), with a depth suitable for fully embedding the particles. Insert the expansion rubber particles into the holes, then fix the hooks onto the particles using screws, ensuring a tight fit between the hooks and the wall. The horse head (fixed bracket) should be installed simultaneously, aligned with the hooks and fixed to the wall using screws or welding to provide dual support and prevent the urinal from detaching due to gravity or external forces.
2. Install the Drainage Seal and Urinal Body
Place a dedicated sealing ring (usually made of rubber or silicone) at the drainage outlet to ensure a complete fit between the ring and the outlet, preventing leaks. Pass the urinal body through the hooks and horse head from above or the front, adjusting its position so that the drainage outlet aligns with the wall drainage pipe. Gently press the urinal during installation to deform the sealing ring under pressure, filling the gap between the drainage outlet and the pipe. If the gap between the urinal and the wall is too large, add rubber gaskets for adjustment.
3. Connect the Water Inlet and Outlet Components
The water inlet components include the water inlet pipe, angle valve, and flush valve. Connect one end of the water inlet pipe to the water source and the other end to the flush valve via the angle valve, ensuring that the threads are wrapped with Teflon tape (to prevent leaks). The outlet component refers to the drainage pipe, which should be fixed to the wall drainage pipe using PVC glue or clamps, keeping the connection level to prevent sewage backflow. After all connections are completed, apply sealant (such as neutral silicone sealant) along the edge where the urinal base contacts the wall to fill gaps and prevent odor leakage.
4. Testing and Adjustment
Turn on the water source to check for leaks in the water inlet components, adjusting the angle valve to control the water flow. Press the flush valve to observe whether the flushing is smooth and the drainage is unobstructed. If leaks are found, recheck the sealing ring, connections, or sealant for proper placement. Conduct multiple flushes during testing to ensure the urinal functions stably without blockages or odors.
Precautions: Before installation, confirm the wall material (such as concrete, brick wall, or lightweight partition wall) and choose the appropriate fixing method; for outdoor mobile toilets, consider anti-freezing measures (such as adding insulation sleeves to the drainage pipes); regularly check the condition of the sealant after installation and reapply it promptly if necessary.
