Mobile Toilet

Admin September 20, 2026

A mobile toilet is a facility that can be moved as a whole and provides toilet services to the public. It is suitable for various places and comes in multiple structural forms, mobility methods, and sewage treatment approaches.

Composition Structure

A mobile toilet generally consists of a fecal sewage storage tank (or fecal sewage treatment device), floor slab, sanitary ware, walls, washing equipment, water tank, roof, and mobility device, among other components. These components work together to ensure that the mobile toilet can function normally and provide users with a relatively comfortable and hygienic toilet environment.

Classification by Structural Form

Mobile toilets can be classified into single-structure mobile toilets and composite-structure mobile toilets based on their structural forms. Single-structure mobile toilets are relatively independent and have a simpler structure, suitable for places with limited space or high flexibility requirements. Composite-structure mobile toilets are composed of multiple parts and may have more comprehensive functions, meeting the usage needs of different-sized groups of people.

Classification by Mobility Method

Mobile toilets can be classified into lifting and handling mobile toilets and powered and towed mobile toilets based on their mobility methods. Lifting and handling mobile toilets are usually smaller in size and lighter in weight, facilitating manual or small-scale equipment lifting and handling. Powered and towed mobile toilets have their own power systems or can be moved by vehicle towing, suitable for scenarios requiring frequent movement or long-distance relocation.

Classification by Sewage Treatment Method

Mobile toilets can be classified into water-flush and non-water-flush suction mobile toilets, circulating water-flush mobile toilets, and dry-packing mobile toilets based on their sewage treatment methods. Water-flush and non-water-flush suction mobile toilets treat fecal sewage through water flushing or suction. Circulating water-flush mobile toilets recycle flushing water, conserving water resources. Dry-packing mobile toilets pack feces in biodegradable bags, eliminating the need for water flushing and being more environmentally friendly and energy-efficient.

Suitable Places

Mobile toilets are suitable for stations, docks, tourist attractions, villa areas, newly built residential areas, large construction sites, squares, densely populated public places, and bustling commercial streets, among other places. They can provide flexible and convenient toilet solutions according to the needs and characteristics of different places.
