What You Need to Know About Mobile Toilets
Mobile toilets are facilities that can be moved as a whole, providing public toilet services. They do not require complex civil engineering, are easy to install, have a long service life, come in various technical types, offer flexible configurations, and have a wide range of application scenarios.

Construction and Installation: The construction of mobile toilets does not require complex civil engineering. They can be installed by simply connecting the columns and ensuring tight fit with buckles, similar to building with blocks. Their frames are welded from national standard steel, and their surfaces are covered with anti-corrosion and fire-resistant materials such as color-coated steel plates or carved panels, with a service life of over 20 years.
Technical Types: Since 2012, mobile toilets have gradually developed technical routes such as waterless flushing, foam sealing, and water flushing. According to sewage treatment methods, they can be classified into water flushing and waterless flushing suction types, circulating water flushing types, and dry packing types. The circulating water flushing type is equipped with intermittent aerobic and anaerobic sewage treatment devices for feces, adding biological strains and using biofilm technology to accelerate decomposition. The treated water can be recycled for flushing. The dry packing type is a waterless flushing device where excreta is collected by biodegradable plastic bags, which are automatically replaced and collected for centralized treatment after use. Other common technical types include foam sealing types, packing types, water-saving flushing types, waterless rechargeable types, and microbial types.
Configurations: Standard configurations include toilet bowls (urinals), coat hooks, vanity mirrors, paper baskets, lighting fixtures, exhaust fans, door locks, and occupancy indicators. Optional configurations include heating and cooling air conditioners, air purifiers, freeze protection systems, heating systems, background music, hand basins, and water-saving faucets.
Advantages: Mobile toilets occupy a small area, have low land dependency, short construction periods, and can be reused. The materials used are mostly environmentally friendly panels with recycling value, and the main materials have a long design life.
Application Scenarios: They are suitable for public places such as scenic spots, service areas, and rural areas. Some companies have also developed foldable toilets that shrink to a height of only ninety centimeters and can be easily transported by pickup trucks or small vans, making them suitable for event sites, construction sites, and remote areas.
