Mobile Toilet Transfer Inspection
Admin September 21, 2026
Comprehensive inspection of mobile toilet transfer should be carried out from five aspects: before transportation, selection of transport vehicles, loading and unloading process, during transportation, and after arrival at the destination.

Inspection before transportation****:
- Equipment status: Check whether the overall structure is intact, clean the internal sanitary facilities, and ensure there are no residues or debris.
- Size and weight confirmation: Clarify the size and weight of the mobile toilet to provide a basis for selecting transport vehicles and tools.
- Route planning: Obtain information about the road conditions, bridge height limits, turning radii, etc., of the transportation route in advance, and avoid sections that are impassable; also consider weather factors and avoid transporting in adverse weather conditions.
- Site survey: Survey the placement site before entering the site. Prioritize flat and hard ground, such as cement floors or hardened roadbeds; for soft soil, lay steel plates and gravel to prevent the equipment from sinking and tilting; check for underground pipelines and drainage ditches around the site and reserve space for sewage pumping operations.
Inspection of transport vehicle selection****:
- Select appropriate transport vehicles, such as flatbed trucks or low-bed trailers, according to the size and weight of the mobile toilet, ensuring that the vehicle's load-bearing capacity and carriage size match the mobile toilet.
- Consider the convenience of loading and unloading, and ensure that the transport vehicle has corresponding loading and unloading conditions, such as cranes or forklifts; check the vehicle's braking system and tire status in advance to ensure transportation safety.
Inspection of the loading and unloading process****:
- Use professional lifting equipment to ensure the stable lifting and lowering of the mobile toilet; operators should be professionally trained and familiar with the loading and unloading process and safety regulations.
- Ensure that the center of gravity of the mobile toilet is stable during loading and unloading to avoid tilting or shaking; secure the internal movable facilities to prevent displacement or damage; set up safety warning signs to ensure that irrelevant personnel stay away from the work area.
- Use forklifts or cranes to assist in the transfer stage. The lifting ropes should be hooked onto the dedicated lifting points at the bottom, and it is prohibited to bind the walls for lifting.
Inspection during transportation**:**
- Secure the mobile toilet with ropes or straps to prevent sliding or tipping; regularly check whether the fixing devices are loose.
- The transport vehicle should drive at a low and steady speed, and take rain protection measures for long-distance transportation.
- The driver should maintain steady driving, avoid sudden braking or sharp turns; arrange reasonable rest stops during the journey and check the status of the mobile toilet; carry emergency tools, such as jacks and spare tires.
- Arrange for a dedicated person to monitor the transportation process or use GPS equipment to track the vehicle's location in real-time.
Inspection after arrival at the destination**:**
- Check whether the appearance and internal facilities of the mobile toilet are intact, record and contact for repair or replacement of damaged parts.
- Place it in an appropriate location according to usage requirements, ensuring it is flat and firm; the connection of water and electricity facilities should be operated by professionals to ensure safety standards.
- Slowly lower the equipment after it arrives at the site, calibrate the flatness, and install anti-slip pads; check the tightness of the interfaces to prevent water leakage; comprehensively check the doors, windows, door locks, and ventilation systems, and spray disinfectants before putting them into use.
