Mobile Toilet Tile Renovation

Admin September 22, 2026

Mobile toilet tile renovation can be used to create a creative and movable toilet. The specific steps are as follows:

Preliminary Preparation and Tile Cutting
First, place the toilet on the tile and use a ruler to precisely draw a red marking line along the edge of the toilet. This marking line will serve as the reference boundary for subsequent cutting. Then, move the toilet aside and use an angle grinder to cut along the marking line. The cut rectangular tile piece should be slightly larger than the bottom of the toilet to ensure it can fully support the toilet and leave space for installing universal wheels.

Installing Universal Wheels
Flip the cut rectangular tile over and place a universal wheel at each of its four corners. Use a marker pen to draw marking points on the tile along the screw holes of the universal wheels. It is crucial to ensure the accuracy of these marking points, as inaccurate positions can affect the installation stability of the universal wheels. Next, use an electric drill to drill corresponding screw holes along the marking points. Realign the universal wheels with the screw holes, insert threaded rods into the holes, and secure them with nuts. After fixing the universal wheels to the tile, use an angle grinder to cut off any protruding threaded rods on the back of the tile to prevent them from scratching other components or people during subsequent use.

Fixing the Toilet to the Tile
Place the toilet back on the tile and draw a marking line along its edge. Then, mark the position of the sewage outlet at the bottom of the toilet that connects to the drainage system. After drawing the outline, insert a flexible hose from the bottom of the tile and secure one end of it for subsequent connection to the drainage pipe. Next, evenly apply a circle of white cement along the marking line on the tile. Place the toilet on the tile according to the marking line so that the toilet and the tile are firmly bonded together with the cement, ensuring the toilet is installed securely.

Installing the Water Tank and Other Components
Move the toilet with the installed base to the bathroom. First, install the water tank above the toilet, secure it firmly with plastic fasteners, cover the water tank lid, and then install the toilet seat. After these components are installed, insert the sewage hose into the drainage pipe and connect the water inlet pipe to the water tank. At this point, a creative and movable toilet is completed.
