Technical Requirements for Mobile Toilets
The technical requirements for mobile toilets cover aspects such as structural form, sewage discharge systems, structural support, environmental adaptability, and other supporting technologies, as detailed below:

Structural Form and Mobility
Mobile toilets are classified into monolithic structures and composite structures based on their structural form: Monolithic structures offer strong independence and are suitable for space-constrained scenarios; composite structures are composed of multiple modules, allowing for the expansion of functional areas. Based on mobility, they are divided into hoisting/handling types and powered/trailer types: The former rely on mechanical hoisting or manual handling, suitable for short-term, low-frequency use; the latter are equipped with power systems or trailer devices, enabling autonomous movement or towing by vehicles, suitable for long-term, high-frequency use scenarios.
Sewage Discharge Systems
Three technical solutions are provided:
- Water-flush type: Relies on a 220V voltage-driven water pump, requiring a配套 (matching) septic tank or municipal sewage network, suitable for areas with stable water and electricity supply.
- Packaging type: Seals feces in biodegradable plastic bags, which are replaced periodically. This method is simple to operate and does not require an external water source, suitable for water-scarce or temporary locations.
- Microbial degradation type: Utilizes special bacterial strains to decompose excreta, achieving waterless treatment, suitable for ecologically sensitive areas or arid regions. Low-energy design: Taking stainless steel as an example, the sewage discharge system employs a 50W automatic flushing device with a voltage of 178V, suitable for low-power consumption scenarios.
Structural Support
- Main frame: Based on a steel structure, ensuring overall strength and stability, with a service life of up to 30 years; some adopt stainless steel frames with 16mm-thick metal carved panels for the outer shell, combining fire safety (Class A) with aesthetics, weighing 900kg, and enabling rapid assembly and disassembly through modular design, with a lifespan of about 20 years.
- Main components: The floor uses anti-slip aluminum plates or tiles to ensure safety during use; the walls support customization of color and shape, with high-end interior and exterior decoration to enhance visual appeal.
Environmental Adaptability
- Temperature range: Suitable for -10℃ to 60℃, with optional insulation layers ranging from 100-1000mm to cope with extreme climates; the pointed roof design enhances earthquake resistance (≤8 magnitude), adapting to a wide temperature range of -15℃ to 55℃.
- Climate protection: The insulation layer design reduces heat loss, ensuring normal operation of the equipment in low-temperature environments; the pointed roof structure reduces snow pressure and improves wind resistance.
Other Technical Requirements
- Sound insulation system: Uses rock wool material to effectively reduce usage noise, enhancing the user experience.
- Supporting facilities: Switches and sockets meet basic electricity needs, with a统一 (unified) input port size of 4mm to prevent foreign objects from entering and ensure equipment stability.
