Mobile Toilet Tank

Admin September 20, 2026

Mobile toilet tanks are mainly divided into two types: homemade and commercially available finished products, both designed to meet the toilet needs for mobile or flexible use.

Homemade Mobile Toilet Tank

A young man once used a water storage tank and a pallet to create a mobile toilet. The specific process is as follows:

  • Basic Frame Construction: Use tools to fix universal wheels at the four corners of the pallet bottom to provide mobility for the entire mobile toilet. Place a water storage tank recovered from a garbage station as the main structure.
  • Tank Modification: Use an angle grinder to cut along the marked line on the top of the water storage tank to form an open-top tank. Stack two open-top water storage tanks upside down and fix the outer frame with self-tapping screws to increase the stability and internal space of the tank.
  • Opening and Drainage Setup: Cut a rectangular opening 180 centimeters high and 50 centimeters wide as the doorway for easy access. Drill holes in the internal floor to install drainage elbows and pipes to ensure smooth sewage discharge.
  • Facility Installation: Secure the toilet and seal it with glue to prevent sewage leakage. Install facilities such as faucets, washbasins, and showerheads to meet daily washing needs.
  • Door Making: Use wooden boards and hinges to make a door, providing a certain degree of privacy and security for the mobile toilet.

Commercially Available Finished Mobile Toilet Tanks

There are various tank products related to mobile toilets on the market, such as large three-compartment rubber household finished septic tanks, new rural toilet decentralized small integrated sewage collection tanks, and 1/2/3 cubic three-compartment PE plastic finished septic tanks for rural toilet renovations. These finished tanks are usually made of high-quality materials, offering good sealing, corrosion resistance, and compressive strength. Their designs are more scientific and reasonable, enabling effective treatment of feces and sewage and reducing environmental pollution. At the same time, these finished tanks are easy to install and can be selected and combined according to actual needs, suitable for different places and scenarios, such as rural households, tourist attractions, and construction sites.
