Special Metal Plates for Mobile Toilets
There are mainly two types of special metal plates commonly used in mobile toilets: metal carved plates and color-coated steel plates.

Metal Carved Plates:
Metal carved plates are one of the widely used materials in mobile toilets, especially in scenarios such as four-stall public restrooms. Their core advantage lies in the combination of decorative and functional properties: The surface forms a three-dimensional texture through mechanical embossing, which can simulate natural textures like stone and wood grain, enhancing the appearance of mobile toilets. Meanwhile, the metal substrate (usually galvanized steel plate or aluminum plate) endows them with corrosion resistance, impact resistance, and easy cleaning characteristics, making them suitable for complex outdoor environments. Additionally, the carved plates are often filled with insulation materials such as polyurethane in the middle, which can effectively isolate temperature conduction and improve the comfort of mobile toilets in winter and summer.
Color-Coated Steel Plates:
Color-coated steel plates are another type of metal material used in the manufacturing of mobile toilets. They take cold-rolled steel plates as the substrate, which are degreased and phosphatized before being coated with organic coatings (such as polyester, silicone-modified polyester, etc.) to form a colorful and weather-resistant protective layer. The advantages of color-coated steel plates include low cost and convenient processing. They can be quickly formed into components such as toilet walls and roofs through stamping and bending processes, shortening the production cycle. At the same time, their lightweight characteristics (with a density of about 7.85g/cm³) help reduce the overall weight of mobile toilets, facilitating transportation and hoisting. However, the sound insulation and thermal insulation performance of color-coated steel plates are relatively weak, and they usually need to be used in combination with other materials (such as rock wool and foam boards) to meet functional requirements.
Selection Basis:
In practical applications, the selection of metal plates should comprehensively consider the usage scenario, budget, and functional requirements. For example, in places with high aesthetic requirements such as scenic spots and commercial areas, metal carved plates are preferred; while for temporary, low-cost projects or scenarios sensitive to weight (such as mobile toilets on the roofs of high-rise buildings), color-coated steel plates are more cost-effective. In addition, both materials can be quickly assembled through modular design, which is in line with the core characteristics of mobile toilets, namely mobility and easy disassembly.
