Special Materials for Mobile Toilets
The special materials for mobile toilets mainly include fiberglass reinforced plastic, stainless steel, polyethylene or plastic, metal sheets or aluminum alloy, composite materials or new materials, as well as other special materials, with the following specific characteristics:

Fiberglass reinforced plastic is composed of glass fibers and resin, offering significant advantages. It is lightweight, facilitating easy transportation and installation, and reducing costs and difficulties during the moving process. Its smooth surface makes it easy to clean, enabling quick removal of stains and maintaining toilet hygiene. It is resistant to rust and corrosion, suitable for humid or rainy environments, and can extend the service life. Additionally, fiberglass reinforced plastic has good thermal insulation properties, helping to maintain a stable internal temperature to a certain extent and enhancing user comfort.
Stainless steel is mainly used for hardware components inside the toilet, such as water tanks, water pipes, door hinges, and some exterior trim. It has extremely strong corrosion resistance, making it suitable for coastal areas, high-humidity environments, or chemically corrosive conditions, ensuring long-term use without damage under these harsh conditions. However, stainless steel is relatively expensive, increasing the overall cost of the mobile toilet.
Polyethylene or plastic materials, such as PVC sheets, are commonly used for interior partitions, wall panels, and ceiling panels in the toilet. They have excellent waterproof and moisture-proof properties, effectively preventing water penetration and avoiding damage caused by humidity. They are easy to clean, facilitating daily maintenance. Their low cost makes them suitable for large-scale applications, reducing the production cost of mobile toilets. However, it is important to choose products that meet environmental standards to minimize environmental impact.
Metal sheets or aluminum alloy are the mainstream materials for the framework and structure of mobile toilets. Aluminum alloy is lightweight and has strong corrosion resistance. Its surface can be treated with oxidation or fluorocarbon spraying, providing excellent rust protection. Maintenance of metal-sheet mobile toilets is relatively simple, and their structure is stable, capable of withstanding strong winds or other external forces, ensuring the safety of mobile toilets during use.
Composite materials or new materials, such as fiber-reinforced plastics or hybrid materials, integrate multiple advantages. They have high durability and good environmental adaptability, enabling long-term stable use in different environments. They offer more customization possibilities, allowing design and production according to different needs. However, their high cost and technical requirements limit their large-scale application.
Other materials, such as rock wool sandwich panels, are used for the ceiling or partition walls of the toilet. The rock wool filling inside provides effective sound insulation and thermal insulation, with a fire rating of Class A, improving the safety and comfort of the mobile toilet. High-density polyethylene (HDPE) sheets have high strength, impact resistance, and UV resistance, and are commonly used for the bottom and exterior decoration of the toilet, enhancing its durability and aesthetics.
