Installation of Sliding Doors for Mobile Toilets

1. Find the vertical point and fix the frame: Use a level to find the vertical point at the installation location. This is a crucial step to ensure the verticality of the sliding door after installation. After determining the vertical point, apply structural adhesive and firmly fix the frame to the wall. Structural adhesive has good adhesion and sealing properties, which can effectively ensure the stability of the frame.
2. Fix the overhead track and floor track: According to the design requirements, install the overhead track and floor track at the appropriate positions respectively. The overhead track is installed above to provide support and guidance for the sliding of the sliding door; the floor track is installed below to play a role in stabilizing and assisting the sliding. During installation, ensure the levelness and verticality of the overhead track and floor track to ensure the smooth sliding of the sliding door.
3. Adjust the pulleys: After installing the overhead track and floor track, adjust the pulleys. Check whether the pulleys can rotate flexibly to ensure that the sliding door slides smoothly without obstruction. If the pulleys are found to be stuck or not rotating flexibly, adjust or replace them in a timely manner.
4. Install the door and related accessories: Install the sliding door onto the overhead track and floor track, and then install the dampers. The function of the dampers is to slow down the impact force when the sliding door is closed, avoiding noise and damage to the door body. Finally, tighten the door lock and apply glass adhesive at the gap between the door and the frame for sealing and waterproofing.

Installation of Up-and-Down Sliding Windows

For up-and-down sliding windows, there are two common installation methods. One is to drill holes and insert screws. This method requires pre-drilling holes at the window installation location and then fixing the window frame to the wall with screws. The fixing effect is relatively firm, but the drilling process may cause certain damage to the wall. The other is to use structural adhesive for fixing. Apply the structural adhesive evenly on the contact surface between the window frame and the wall, and then press the window frame against the wall and wait for the structural adhesive to cure. Using structural adhesive for fixing is stable and will not cause obvious damage to the wall, but it is necessary to ensure the quality of the structural adhesive and the uniformity of its application.
