Mobile Toilet Size and Price

Admin October 11, 2026

Mobile toilets come in a variety of sizes, and prices vary significantly depending on the material and disposal method. Single-occupancy units range from 1.1 to 1.5 meters in length, 1 to 1.2 meters in width, and start at 2.2 meters in height; double-occupancy units are 6.8 meters long, with prices ranging from 2,400 yuan per stall to over 22,000 yuan per stall.

Size Considerations: The design of mobile toilet sizes must balance user comfort with space efficiency. Single-occupancy units typically feature a compact design, with lengths ranging from 1.1 to 1.5 meters, widths from 1 to 1.2 meters, and heights starting at 2.2 meters to ensure users do not feel cramped when standing or squatting. Double-occupancy mobile toilets, which need to accommodate two separate usage spaces, have a significantly increased length of 6.8 meters, while their width and height are similar to those of single-occupancy units to maintain overall structural stability.

Price Factors: Material is the primary factor influencing price. Fiberglass-reinforced plastic mobile toilets, known for their lightweight and corrosion-resistant properties, are priced between 2,400 and 3,000 yuan per stall. Color-steel plate mobile toilets, with higher structural strength, are slightly more expensive, ranging from 3,000 to 3,500 yuan per stall. Carved-panel mobile toilets, as a premium option, see a significant price increase, with flat-roof models costing between 18,000 and 20,000 yuan per stall, and peaked-roof models reaching 20,000 to 22,000 yuan per stall. Their high prices are mainly due to material costs and decorative design.

The disposal method also has a significant impact on price. Water-flush direct-discharge types rely on municipal sewage systems, have a simple structure, and are the least expensive, but require配套 (supporting) water supply and drainage pipes, limiting their usage scenarios. Waterless packing types collect waste in biodegradable plastic bags, requiring no water source, and are suitable for water-scarce areas, with moderate prices. Foam-sealing types use foam to cover waste, reducing odors and achieving significant water savings, with prices slightly higher than those of waterless packing types. Microbial degradation types, which decompose waste through microorganisms for harmless treatment, offer the best environmental performance but have higher technical costs, typically being the most expensive among all types. For example, the unit price of a microbial degradation carved-panel mobile toilet may exceed 22,000 yuan per stall.
