Mobile Toilet Sealing Rubber Strip

Admin October 16, 2026

The sealing rubber strips commonly used in mobile toilets are made of various materials, including ethylene propylene rubber, silicone rubber, and ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber. They come in shapes such as U-shaped, flat, rectangular, and triangular, and possess characteristics like high-temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, and wear resistance, meeting sealing needs such as dust prevention and fixation.

In terms of materials, ethylene propylene rubber is one of the common materials for sealing rubber strips in mobile toilets. It has excellent weather resistance, ozone resistance, and chemical corrosion resistance, and can maintain good elasticity over a wide temperature range. This enables the sealing rubber strips made of ethylene propylene rubber to effectively resist external factors in the complex usage environment of mobile toilets, extending their service life. Silicone rubber sealing strips also perform well. They not only have high-temperature and low-temperature resistance, maintaining flexibility under extreme temperature conditions, but also have good electrical insulation and physiological inertness, making them suitable for mobile toilet scenarios with high hygiene requirements. Ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber sealing strips are also widely used in the sealing structures of mobile toilets due to their excellent aging resistance, water resistance, and chemical resistance.

In terms of shapes, U-shaped sealing rubber strips can closely fit the edge structures of mobile toilets, forming an effective sealing barrier to prevent dust, moisture, etc., from entering the toilet interior. Flat sealing rubber strips are suitable for sealing between flat surfaces, such as the contact surface between the toilet door and the door frame, providing a flat and reliable sealing effect. Rectangular and triangular sealing rubber strips can be selected according to specific sealing parts and design requirements to meet sealing needs of different shapes and sizes.

These sealing rubber strips have characteristics such as high-temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, and wear resistance. In high-temperature environments, they do not lose elasticity due to thermal expansion and contraction, ensuring the stability of sealing performance. When facing corrosive substances such as cleaning agents and urine, they can also maintain their chemical stability and are not easily corroded and damaged. In daily use, frequent opening and closing and friction do not easily wear them out, ensuring long-term effective sealing. They have a wide range of applications and can be used in various scenarios such as dust prevention sealing and fixed sealing in mobile toilets, providing strong guarantees for the normal use and hygiene maintenance of mobile toilets.
