Mobile Toilet Screen Partition

Admin September 26, 2026

The design of mobile toilet screen partitions typically takes into account privacy protection, ventilation, and cleaning needs. Common structural features, materials, and types are as follows:

I. Structural Features

Public toilet stall partitions are mostly made of straight or slightly curved panel structures, with heights typically ranging from 1.8 meters to 2.2 meters. This design effectively blocks the line of sight while avoiding the oppressive feeling of complete enclosure. The top usually has a 5-10 cm gap to ensure air circulation and reduce odor buildup; the bottom leaves a few-centimeter gap to allow cleaning tools to enter and prevent water accumulation on the floor. Some movable partitions are equipped with bases at the bottom, enabling flexible position adjustments to suit different scenarios.

II. Material Selection

  1. PVC Panels: Lightweight, moisture-resistant, and easy to clean, with a smooth surface that resists dirt buildup. Suitable for high-frequency use scenarios, such as shopping malls and train stations.
  2. Stainless Steel: Corrosion-resistant and strong, commonly used in outdoor or humid environments like scenic spots and construction sites. However, it has a higher cost and feels cold to the touch.
  3. Ceramic: Often used in high-end venues, with a smooth surface that is easy to maintain. However, it is heavy, fragile, requires fixed installation, and has poor mobility.
  4. Frosted Tempered Glass: Preferred for home or high-end venues, it allows light transmission without revealing images, balancing privacy and lighting. However, it has a higher cost and requires regular cleaning of the glass surface.

III. Type Classification

  1. Fixed Partitions: Secured to the floor or wall with screws or clips, offering strong stability and suitable for long-term use. However, repositioning requires disassembly and reinstallation.
  2. Movable Partitions: Equipped with wheels or bases at the bottom, allowing flexible pushing, pulling, or rotation. Suitable for temporary events, exhibitions, and other scenarios requiring quick layout adjustments.
  3. Partition Curtains: Single-panel movable design, controlled by a pull cord to slide the curtain left or right. Space-saving and easy to operate, but with slightly weaker privacy protection compared to panel structures. More commonly used in homes or small public areas.

IV. Design Considerations

Partition design should balance privacy, ventilation, cleaning convenience, and cost. For example, public venues prioritize wear-resistant and easy-to-maintain PVC panels or stainless steel; homes or high-end venues may choose frosted glass for aesthetic appeal; temporary scenarios recommend movable partitions or partition curtains for flexibility and functionality.
