Mobile Toilet Room Bathroom

Admin October 11, 2026

A mobile toilet room bathroom is a facility that can be moved as a whole and provides toilet services for the public or customers, with various types and examples.

Definition and Composition of Mobile Toilets

A mobile toilet refers to a facility that can be moved as a whole and is set up at locations with fixed or temporary needs to provide toilet services for the public and customers. It generally consists of a fecal sewage storage tank (or fecal sewage treatment device), floor slab, sanitary ware, walls, washing equipment, water tank, roof, and moving device.

Classification of Mobile Toilets

  • By structural form: They can be divided into single-structure mobile toilets and composite-structure mobile toilets. Single-structure ones are relatively independent and simple, while composite-structure ones may be more complex in terms of function or spatial combination.
  • By moving method: There are lifting and handling-type mobile toilets. These toilets usually have relatively small volumes and weights, making them easy to move by lifting equipment or manual handling. There are also powered and towed-type mobile toilets, which can move on their own with the help of power devices or be towed by vehicles, suitable for places that require frequent relocation.
  • By sewage treatment method: They are classified into water-flush and non-water-flush suction-type mobile toilets. Water-flush types use water flow for cleaning, while non-water-flush suction types use suction equipment to treat fecal sewage. There are also circulating water-flush mobile toilets, which can recycle the flushing water to save water resources, and dry-packing mobile toilets, which collect feces and other waste in specific containers for packing and treatment without using water for flushing.

Examples of Mobile Toilet Room Bathrooms

  • A mobile integrated bathroom with a wet-dry separation design, 2 meters wide and 3 meters long, has a pure white overall appearance. It is equipped with an aluminum alloy glass single door, and the interior is designed with wet-dry separation. The sink and makeup mirror are placed outside. This design not only meets toilet needs but also provides space for washing and showering, with relatively complete functions.
  • A customized independent mobile toilet fixed container house is equipped with a sit-down toilet and a pedestal sink inside. There is a洗漱镜 (washbasin mirror) above the sink. The interior space is spacious and can be used by both men and women. It is suitable for temporary places or scenic spots, facilitating tourists to solve their toilet problems during their visits.
  • Some people have also created a movable toilet using several buckets. They install universal wheels on a wooden board as the base, place the cut buckets on it, and fix them with wooden strips. They cut the buckets to make entrances and exits, extend and heighten them with aluminum-plastic panels, install bucket lids, process wooden doors from wood, install drainage pipes and floor drains, connect a green bucket to a water pipe to make a showerhead, and install a toilet, etc. Although this homemade mobile toilet is relatively simple, it reflects the flexible and changeable characteristics of mobile toilets.
