Mobile Toilet Rental Agreement

Admin October 11, 2026

A mobile toilet rental agreement typically includes the following key elements:

I. Information of Both Parties The agreement should specify the full names, addresses, and contact details of Party A (the lessor) and Party B (the lessee) to ensure traceability of both parties' identities and provide a basis for subsequent performance and dispute resolution.

II. Overview of Rented Equipment The specifications, model numbers, quantity, and rental unit price (e.g., 'XX yuan/month/unit') of the mobile toilets should be detailed, along with the total rental amount. For example, if renting 5 units of model A-200 mobile toilets at 800 yuan/month/unit, the total amount would be 4,000 yuan/month.

III. Rental Period The start and end dates should be clearly defined, along with billing rules: less than one day is counted as one day, and charges for exceeding the rental period are based on the actual number of extra days used. For instance, if the contract period is from January 1 to January 31, 2024, and Party B returns the toilets on February 3, they would need to pay for 3 extra days.

IV. Service Content This includes cleaning frequency (e.g., twice a week), deodorization methods (e.g., using eco-friendly deodorizers), etc. Some agreements may also specify additional provisions for consumable replenishment (e.g., toilet paper, hand soap) or septic tank cleaning services.

V. Fee Breakdown

  1. Rental Fee: Calculated based on the number of units and unit price, with a note on whether taxes are included.
  2. Transportation and Installation Fee: A one-time fee (e.g., 2,000 yuan) or charged based on distance.
  3. Cleaning and Maintenance Fee: May be included in the rental fee or listed separately (e.g., 500 yuan/month).
  4. Other Fees: Such as a security deposit (refundable upon return without damage) or a down payment (usually 20%-30% of the total amount).

VI. Responsibilities of Both Parties

  • Party A's Responsibilities: Ensure the equipment is in good technical condition, deliver, install, and commission it on time, and perform regular maintenance.
  • Party B's Responsibilities: Provide an unobstructed installation site, pay rent on time, notify Party A before returning the equipment, prohibit subleasing or unauthorized modifications, and compensate for damages at market value.

VII. Settlement Method Monthly settlement is typically agreed upon, with Party B required to pay in cash or by transfer before the end of each month. Some agreements may require an advance payment for the first month's rent and a security deposit.

VIII. Dispute Resolution Priority is given to resolution through negotiation; if negotiation fails, it may be agreed to file a lawsuit in the court of Party A's location or submit to arbitration by an arbitration committee.

IX. Agreement Effectiveness and Copies The agreement takes effect upon the signatures and seals of both parties and is made in duplicate, with each party holding one copy, both having equal legal effect.
