Mobile Toilet Renovation Process

Admin September 22, 2026

The mobile toilet renovation process varies depending on the scenario. Common scenarios include self-made mobile toilets, rural toilet renovations, and customized mobile toilets for scenic spots. The specific processes are as follows:

Self-made Mobile Toilet

First, prepare materials and tools such as water storage tanks, pallets, universal wheels, toilets, washbasins, water pipes, showerheads, and doors. Next, fix the universal wheels onto the pallets to facilitate movement. Then, cut the water storage tanks to form open-top tanks for easy access and use. After that, stack and secure the cut tanks to construct the main space of the toilet. Cut out a doorway and install a drainage system to ensure smooth sewage discharge. Subsequently, secure the toilet and washbasin, connect the water pipes and showerhead to ensure basic functionality. Finally, install the door to complete the renovation of the self-made mobile toilet.

Rural Toilet Renovation

One approach is to purchase factory-made finished mobile restrooms. These products have internal plumbing already installed and external connections reserved. Upon arrival, simply connect them, and they are ready for use, making the operation straightforward. Another scenario involves upgrading rural traditional toilets to mobile toilets. Similarly, just connect the water and electricity at home, and they can be used normally, eliminating the need for complex construction processes, which is very convenient and time-saving.

Customized Mobile Toilets for Scenic Spots

  • Initial Communication and Requirement Confirmation: Conduct on-site surveys to understand the placement location, topography, soil conditions, and the distance and difficulty of water and electricity access, providing basic data for subsequent design and construction. Simultaneously, refine requirements, including estimating the number of users, clarifying usage scenarios, determining functional requirements, and style preferences.
  • Design and Confirmation: Draw preliminary floor plans and exterior renderings, clarifying key information such as the number of toilet stalls and functional areas. Select appropriate materials and configurations, and propose water-saving, deodorization, and ventilation system configurations. After plan review and modifications, reach an agreement with the scenic spot management and sign off on the design drawings and configuration lists.
  • Manufacturing and Process Control: Procure and pre-process materials, adopting a modular production approach to improve efficiency. Assemble and install components internally to ensure the installation quality of each part and the stability of the overall structure.
