Mobile Toilet Purification Treatment
There are various methods for the purification treatment of mobile toilets, mainly including the following:

I. Water-flush and Non-water-flush Suction Types Water-flush mobile toilets are equipped with water-flushing devices. After excreta enter the sewage tank, they need to be promptly suctioned out to prevent odor diffusion and bacterial growth. The non-water-flush type directly receives excreta in the sewage tank and also relies on regular suctioning to maintain hygiene. Both methods require supporting suction vehicles or equipment and are suitable for scenarios where regular maintenance is possible, such as scenic spots and temporary event venues.
II. Recirculating Water-flush Type This technology utilizes intermittent aerobic and anaerobic treatment devices, adds biological strains, and employs biofilm technology to accelerate the fermentation and decomposition of fecal sewage. The treated water is filtered and then recirculated for flushing toilet fixtures, forming a closed-loop system. This method significantly reduces water consumption but requires regular monitoring of water quality and strain activity to ensure stable treatment effects.
III. Dry Packaging Type Biodegradable plastic bags are used to receive excreta. After each use, a new bag is automatically replaced, and the used bags are collected and transported to a professional treatment plant. This method does not require water flushing or a sewage tank, is easy to operate, and poses no risk of secondary pollution. However, it requires regular replacement of plastic bags and proper disposal of waste, making it suitable for water-scarce areas or temporary emergency scenarios.
IV. Foam Sealing Type Foam is generated by a foaming liquid mixture to cover the inside of the toilet bowl, isolating odors and reducing the amount of flushing water. The system only needs to collect hand-washing water to meet the foaming demand, resulting in significant water savings. The foam also inhibits bacterial growth but requires regular replenishment of the foaming liquid and cleaning of the equipment, making it suitable for places with high hygiene and water-saving requirements.
V. Microbial Type Beneficial microorganisms are used to decompose feces into gases (mainly CH₄ and CO₂) and liquids. CH₄ can be collected and utilized or purified and then discharged, while the liquid can be used as organic fertilizer. This method is environmentally friendly and efficient but requires control of microbial activity and regular maintenance of equipment, making it suitable for agricultural or ecological park scenarios with resource utilization needs.
VI. Chemical Treatment, Anaerobic Digestion, and Mechanical Treatment Chemical treatment decomposes excreta and controls odors using chemicals; anaerobic digestion utilizes microorganisms to produce biogas and fertilizer; mechanical treatment reduces environmental impact through solid-liquid separation, disinfection, and other equipment. All three methods require professional equipment support and are suitable for large-scale treatment or scenarios with strict hygiene standards.
VII. Jiahe Innovative Treatment System This system adopts a waterless treatment technology that converts excreta into harmless substances through biological degradation and solid-liquid separation processes, achieving zero-pollution discharge without the need for connection to a sewer system. The system is equipped with intelligent sensing devices and has a water-saving rate of up to 90%, making it suitable for areas with severe water scarcity or high environmental protection requirements.
