Professional Inspection of Mobile Toilets

Admin September 21, 2026

The professional inspection of mobile toilets mainly includes aspects such as architectural and structural verification, structural damage condition detection, structural safety calculation and analysis, and steel material performance testing.

Firstly, architectural and structural verification is a fundamental step. Inspectors will use tools such as handheld laser distance meters and steel tapes, based on the original design documents of the toilet provided by the client, to conduct sampling verification of the architectural layout, including the distribution of walls, the positions and dimensions of doors and windows, as well as the axis dimensions and heights of structures. This step aims to ensure that the actual architectural structure of the mobile toilet matches the design documents, providing accurate basic data for subsequent inspections.

Secondly, structural damage condition detection is crucial. Inspectors will conduct a comprehensive inspection of all damage and defects in the mobile toilet, focusing on whether significant aging or deformation has occurred in the main load-bearing components, whether there are abnormalities at the joints of load-bearing steel components, whether the connections between steel beams and columns are reliable, and whether the welds are intact without obvious cracks. Through this inspection, potential safety hazards can be identified in a timely manner to ensure the structural safety of the mobile toilet.

Furthermore, structural safety calculation and analysis is a core step. Based on relevant standards such as the 'Building Structural Load Code', combined with on-site survey data, original design and construction documents, professional software such as PKPM is used to perform load-bearing capacity calculations and analyses on the mobile toilet structure. This step can scientifically evaluate the structural safety of the mobile toilet under various loads, providing strong guarantees for its safe use.

Finally, steel material performance testing is an optional item. It mainly involves non-destructive testing of welds in the steel structure and testing the mechanical properties of the steel, including tensile strength, yield strength, and impact tests. Although this testing item is not mandatory, it can be carried out according to the owner's requirements to further ensure that the steel quality of the mobile toilet meets relevant standards.
