Mobile Toilet Production Process

There are mainly two ways to produce mobile toilets:

The first production process:

1. Water storage tank treatment: Use an angle grinder to split the water storage tank in half from the middle, serving as the foundation for the main structure of the toilet.
2. Mobile device installation: Fix universal wheels at the four corners of a wooden board to ensure the toilet can move flexibly.
3. Height adjustment: Use wooden strips and self-tapping screws to fix them on the upper side of the tank to increase the height of the usable space.
4. Door frame construction: Open a door on the side of the water storage tank and install sponge strips to form a door frame structure.
5. Wall and roof installation: Embed plastic soft boards between the wooden strips to form the walls, and invert the upper half of the tank to serve as the roof.
6. Waterproofing treatment: Paint the wooden strips with white waterproof paint to enhance durability and aesthetics.
7. Door production: Use foam strips to splice discarded honeycomb wooden boards to make a simple door that meets basic opening and closing requirements.
8. Drainage system installation: Drill a hole at the bottom of the tank to install a drainage pipe to form a floor drain, and drill a hole on the side to connect a direct joint.
9. Shower device configuration: Place a plastic bucket on the roof as a water storage device, connect a water pipe-made shower heater, install a three-way joint below the inlet pipe, and connect a showerhead.
10. Toilet system installation: Place the toilet and fix the water tank, seal the connection between the toilet and the ground with glass glue, and connect the drainage pipe to the sewage tank.
11. Handwashing device extension: Connect a water pipe horizontally from the three-way joint of the outlet pipe to the door as the inlet pipe for the handwashing basin, connect a hose, and drill a hole in the door to install a joint.

The second production process:

1. Mobile base construction: Fix universal wheels at the four corners of the bottom of a拖板 (drag plate, assume it's a kind of base plate here) to form a mobile base.
2. Water storage tank modification: Cut off the top of the recycled water storage tank along the marked line to form an open tank.
3. Tank stacking and fixation: Invert and stack two open tanks and fix the outer frame with self-tapping screws.
4. Door opening cutting: Cut a rectangular opening with a height of 180 cm and a width of 50 cm on the outer frame of the water storage tank, and simultaneously cut the tank to form a door opening.
5. Drainage system installation: Drill a hole in the ground inside the tank, insert an elbow from the bottom and connect it to a water pipe, seal the gap with glue, and then cut off the excess part.
6. Toilet fixation: Place the toilet against the drainage port and fix it with glue around the perimeter.
7. Handwashing device installation: Fix the water pipe with wall clips, install a faucet and a pipe cap, connect the outlet of the drainage pipe, and fix a stainless steel basin as a handwashing basin.
8. Shower system configuration: Connect the inlet pipe of the toilet water tank to the shower hose, install a shower bracket, a toilet seat ring, and a spray-type showerhead.
9. Door installation: Fix hinges on the frame of the water storage tank, connect wooden boards to form a door body, and install a door handle to complete the enclosed structure.
