Mobile Toilet Production and Manufacturing
The production and manufacturing methods of mobile toilets mainly include using water storage tanks and pallets to make movable restrooms, as well as using water storage barrels to make solar-powered mobile restrooms (the specific process is not detailed). Meanwhile, mobile toilets have different classifications in terms of structure, mobility, and sewage treatment methods.

Making Movable Restrooms Using Water Storage Tanks and Pallets
First, fix universal wheels at the four corners of the bottom of the pallet to facilitate movement. Then, place the water storage tanks retrieved from the garbage station and use an angle grinder to cut along the marked lines on the top to form open-top tanks. Stack two open-top water storage tanks upside down and fix the outer frame with self-tapping screws to build the basic spatial structure. Next, cut out a rectangular opening to form a doorway for easy access.
In terms of internal construction, drill holes in the ground, insert elbows and water pipes, and seal them. Install and fix the toilet to ensure normal excretion function. Fix water pipes on the wall with clips and install faucets. Connect a pipe cap below and drill a hole as the outlet for the drainage pipe to meet the needs of washing water and drainage. Fix a stainless-steel basin to make a washbasin, connect the water inlet pipe of the toilet tank and the shower hose, install the toilet seat and the spray-type showerhead to complete the sanitary facilities. Finally, make a door with wooden boards and hinges and install a door handle to ensure privacy during use.
Classification of Mobile Toilets
- By structural form: They are divided into single-structure mobile toilets and composite-structure mobile toilets. The single-structure type is relatively independent and simple, suitable for scenarios with limited space or high flexibility requirements. The composite-structure type is more complex, possibly combining multiple functions or materials to meet more complex usage needs.
- By mobility method: There are lifting and handling-type mobile toilets, which are usually larger in size and require lifting equipment for movement. Powered and towed-type mobile toilets have their own power or can be towed for movement, making them more convenient and flexible.
- By sewage treatment method: They are divided into water-flush and waterless-suction mobile toilets, and circulating water-flush mobile toilets. The water-flush type uses water resources for flushing, with a relatively good cleaning effect. The waterless-suction type does not require water and treats excrement by suction. The circulating water-flush type recycles water resources, which is more environmentally friendly and energy-saving.
