Mobile Toilet Production

Admin September 21, 2026

Mobile toilets can be produced using storage tanks and pallets, or discarded tiles, and production ideas can be understood based on different structural forms, mobility methods, and sewage treatment methods.

Production using storage tanks and pallets: First, prepare a plastic pallet and fix universal wheels at the four corners of the bottom for easy mobility. Then, place the storage tank and cut openings in the tank body. Two tanks can be stacked and fixed with self-tapping screws, and a doorway can be cut out for easy access. Drill holes in the internal floor, install drainage elbows and pipes to ensure smooth sewage discharge. Next, fix the toilet and apply sealant at the connection between the toilet and the tank to prevent leaks. Finally, install faucets, sinks, showerheads, and other facilities to meet daily washing needs, and fix a wooden board as a door to complete a simple mobile toilet.

Production using discarded tiles: Place the toilet on the tiles and draw marking lines along the edges of the toilet, then cut out rectangular tile pieces. Install universal wheels at the four corners of the tile pieces and cut off the protruding bolts to avoid affecting toilet placement. Put the toilet back on the tiles, mark the position of the sewage outlet, insert a hose, and fix the toilet with cement to ensure stability. Then, install the water tank and toilet lid, connect the sewage hose and water inlet pipe to enable normal toilet use.

Understanding production ideas based on different classifications: In terms of structural form, single-unit mobile toilets are relatively independent, and functional integration can be carried out around a basic unit during production; composite mobile toilets are more complex and require consideration of the combination and coordination of multiple parts. According to mobility methods, lifting and handling mobile toilets should be designed with structures that facilitate lifting and handling; powered and towed mobile toilets need to be equipped with corresponding power devices or towing components. Based on sewage treatment methods, flush and non-flush suction mobile toilets should be designed with reasonable sewage collection and suction systems; circulating flush mobile toilets should be equipped with water circulation treatment devices to achieve water resource recycling.
