Production of Mobile Toilets
There are several main methods for producing mobile toilets:

Producing a Portable Toilet Using a Water Storage Tank
This method is relatively simple and cost-effective. First, you need to prepare a water storage tank of an appropriate size. Its capacity should be determined based on actual usage needs to ensure it can store sewage for a certain period. Next, make appropriate modifications to the water storage tank. Create an opening at the top of the tank for installing toilet seat components, ensuring a firm and well-sealed installation to prevent sewage leakage. At the same time, set up a drainage outlet at a suitable position on the tank body for easy subsequent sewage cleanup. When installing the toilet seat, ensure its height and angle conform to ergonomic principles to provide a comfortable user experience. Additionally, to enhance the overall aesthetics and practicality of the toilet, you can add some decorations to the exterior of the water storage tank, such as wrapping it with a layer of waterproof material or installing a small storage cabinet for holding toilet paper and other items.
Producing a Solar-Powered Mobile Toilet Using a Water Storage Tank
This method adds solar energy utilization functionality on the basis of the above approach. In addition to preparing a water storage tank and making basic modifications, you also need to install solar panels. Choose solar panels with an appropriate power rating and install them on the top of the toilet to ensure they can fully receive sunlight. Connect the solar panels via wires to the lighting and ventilation equipment inside the toilet to provide power. For example, install a small LED light for nighttime illumination and a small exhaust fan to maintain air circulation and reduce odors inside the toilet. At the same time, equip corresponding storage batteries to store the electrical energy generated by the solar panels, ensuring that the equipment inside the toilet can still function normally on cloudy days or at night when there is no sunlight.
Producing a Portable Toilet Using a Water Storage Tank and a Pallet
First, prepare a water storage tank made of a sturdy and well-sealed material. Then, make a pallet. The size of the pallet should be designed according to the size of the water storage tank to ensure that the water storage tank can be placed stably on the pallet. Use tools to fix universal wheels at the four corners of the bottom of the pallet. Choose high-quality and flexible universal wheels to enable easy movement of the toilet. After installing the water storage tank on the pallet, install toilet fixtures such as a toilet bowl and a sink, and make reasonable pipe connections to ensure that sewage can flow smoothly into the water storage tank. In addition, you can install enclosures around the toilet to enhance privacy and safety.
