Mobile Toilet Product Manual
The mobile toilet product manual typically covers three aspects: product standards, usage instructions, and product overview.

Product Standards: Taking the NNJ mobile toilet Q NNJ-002-2020 as an example, this standard was proposed and drafted by Xinjiang Niannianjia Municipal Gardening Co., Ltd., with Hu Xiaoming serving as both the main drafter and approver. It was published on September 15, 2020, implemented on September 22, 2020, and is valid for three years. The standard specifies terms and definitions, model and basic parameters, basic requirements, testing methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, and storage for mobile toilet products, applicable to mobile toilets produced by the company. Additionally, the standard normatively references several documents, such as GB/T191 Packaging - Pictorial Marking for Handling of Goods, GB4706.1 Safety of Household and Similar Electrical Appliances - Part 1: General Requirements, and GB6566 Limits of Radionuclides in Building Materials, ensuring that the products comply with relevant safety and quality requirements.
Usage Instructions: Taking the mobile environmental-friendly public toilet (flush type) as an example, proper usage can extend its service life. Managers need to select an appropriate water source based on the local water quality and pressure. Before winter use, they should turn on the heating cable switch and electric heater switch to take anti-freezing measures. When not in use, the water in the water tank, inlet pipes, etc., should be drained. The appropriate wire should be selected according to the toilet's configuration. For pipe-drainage toilets, regular flushing of the toilet bowl with a high-pressure water gun is necessary to keep the sewage pipes unobstructed. After hoisting, sealant should be applied at the hoisting points to prevent rain leakage. Additionally, specifications such as the diameters of the sewage outlet pipe, the drainage pipe under the washbasin, and the inlet pipe are clearly defined.
Product Overview: Mobile toilets can be moved as a whole and placed at locations with fixed or temporary needs to provide toilet services for the public and customers. They generally consist of a fecal sewage storage tank, flooring, sanitary ware, etc., and can be classified in various ways based on structural form, mobility method, and sewage treatment method. Their characteristics include easy transportation and reusability. When designing, principles such as mobility convenience and economic durability should be followed. The overall structure should be lightweight and durable, and the mobility device should be complete and reasonable.
