Mobile Toilet Process
The process of mobile toilet manufacturing can be divided into two typical types based on different production methods: modular production integration and manual DIY modification. The specific processes are as follows:

I. Modular Production Integration Process
Independent Production of Functional Modules
- Structural Framework: High-strength aluminum alloy or stainless steel profiles are processed into standardized connection units to ensure overall structural stability and ease of assembly.
- Internal Components: Partition boards, toilets, flushing devices, lighting and ventilation systems, and other components are prefabricated on their respective assembly lines to achieve efficient division of labor in production.
- Material Treatment: The cabinet body is made of engineering plastics or composite materials, and the surface is treated for corrosion resistance and antibacterial properties (such as low-temperature curing coatings or electrostatic spraying) to extend service life and improve hygiene performance.
Modular Integration Stage
- System Connection: Structural, water supply, sewage, electrical, and control lines are precisely connected through standard interfaces to ensure coordinated operation of all modules.
- Water Conservation and Sewage Disposal Design: The water supply system is equipped with two-stage water-saving devices, and the sewage module uses sealed storage containers or micro-biological treatment units to reduce water consumption and environmental pollution.
- Intelligent Control: The electrical and control parts adopt low-power design and integrate sensors to monitor usage status and environmental parameters (such as temperature and humidity) for automated management.
Functional Verification and Environmental Assessment
- Factory Testing: Simulate actual usage scenarios to test water seal airtightness, flushing efficiency, sewage blockage prevention, electrical system stability, and structural strength to ensure the product meets standards.
II. Manual DIY Modification Process (Using Water Storage Barrels/Tanks as an Example)
Basic Structure Modification
- Opening Treatment: Split the water storage barrel/tank in half or cut the top to form an open tank as the main body of the toilet.
- Mobile Device: Fix universal wheels at the bottom of a wooden board or pallet for easy overall movement.
- Frame Construction: Use wooden strips or metal frames to increase height and install door frames, walls, and roofs (such as plastic soft boards or the upper part of the water storage barrel) to form an enclosed space.
Functional System Installation
- Drainage System: Drill a hole at the bottom of the barrel to install a drainage pipe, connect it to the toilet, and fix the water tank to ensure smooth discharge of excrement.
- Water Supply System: Drill a hole on the side to connect a water pipe, install a faucet, sink, and showerhead (some made from water pipes), to meet basic water needs.
- Sealing Treatment: Seal the interfaces of the toilet and sink with glass glue to prevent water leakage and enhance stability.
Detail Refinement
- Surface Treatment: Apply waterproof paint to improve aesthetics and protect the material from corrosion.
- Door Installation: Install a simple door (such as a honeycomb wooden board拼接 (spliced)) and door handle to ensure privacy and ease of use.
Core Differences Between the Two Processes: The modular process emphasizes standardized production and environmental protection technology innovation, suitable for large-scale commercial scenarios; DIY modification relies more on manual adjustments of existing materials, with low cost but limited functional adaptability, suitable for temporary or personal use.
