Interior of Mobile Toilets
The interior facilities of mobile toilets are designed around the core needs of hygiene, convenience, and durability, mainly comprising four modules: sanitary ware, environmental control, water supply and drainage, and power systems, as well as structural accessories. The specific configurations vary depending on the purpose, grade, and price.

1. Core Sanitary Ware
- Toilets: Primarily ceramic squat toilets, with some high-end models using stainless steel and equipped with foot-operated or sensor-activated flush valves, with water tank capacities ranging from 5 to 10 liters. Most ordinary mobile toilets adopt squat designs, with a few featuring sit-down toilets.
- Handwashing Systems: Include ceramic or stainless steel sinks (30-40 cm wide), push-button or sensor-activated faucets, and water storage tanks. Ordinary models often feature integrated compact handwashing stations, with some supporting sensor-activated water flow.
- Other Accessories: Standard features include mirrors, coat hooks, shelves, toilet paper holders, and trash bins. High-specification models may add child safety seats or toilet seat covers. Ordinary toilets typically have toilet paper holders beside the toilet and may include small hooks in some stalls.
2. Environmental Control Systems
- Ventilation Systems: Standard with 20-50 watt high-power exhaust fans, achieving 10-15 air changes per hour, with some models featuring dual exhaust designs on the top or side walls. Ordinary toilets often have small skylights or compact ventilation fans on the roof.
- Lighting Systems: Use 5-15 watt LED energy-saving lights, with some models equipped with emergency lighting. Ordinary models typically have mini lighting fixtures to meet nighttime usage needs.
- Temperature Control Systems: Cold regions are equipped with insulation materials, electric heaters, or warm air blowers; hot regions may have ventilation skylights or small air conditioners installed.
3. Water Supply and Drainage, and Power Systems
- Water Supply Systems: Divided into self-contained tank models (with a top freshwater tank capacity of 100-300 liters) and external water source models.
- Sewage Systems: Traditional methods use bottom sewage tanks (with capacities of 200-500 liters), while eco-friendly models adopt foam sealing or microbial degradation technologies.
- Power Systems: Typically connected to 220V mains power, or powered by 12V/100Ah built-in batteries and solar panels.
4. Structural Components and Accessories
- Door Locks and Indicators: Equipped with safety door locks inside and 'Occupied/Vacant' indicator locks or LED displays outside.
- Materials and Flooring: Wall panels are made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE), fiberglass, or colored steel plates, with non-slip flooring or fiberglass floor grilles. Ordinary toilets have non-slip floor treatments.
- Accessibility Features: Designed for special populations with handrails, wheelchair turning spaces, and low-level handwashing stations.
Other Features: Ordinary mobile toilets have compact interiors (1-2 square meter independent stalls), with simple and practical structures suitable for outdoor and temporary venues. Custom models may have separate male and female areas, use steel structural frames and metal carved panels, and feature light and ventilation sliding windows.
