Mobile Toilet Intelligent Foaming Device

Admin September 20, 2026

The mobile toilet intelligent foaming device is a piece of equipment that achieves water-saving and deodorizing functions through foam sealing technology. Its core principle is to use a foaming device to generate a stable foam layer to cover excrement, reducing odor diffusion and water consumption.

I. Main Functions and Working Principles

  1. Foam Sealing Technology
The intelligent foaming device mixes foaming liquid (such as a special foaming agent) with water using compressed air to generate a large amount of fine foam in the foaming cylinder. This foam covers the surface of the toilet to form a sealing layer, effectively blocking odor emission while reducing the contact between excrement and air, thereby lowering the risk of bacterial growth. For example, Beijing Anbangjie's FP-109 foaming toilet adopts this technology, with a water consumption of only about 120 milliliters per person, demonstrating significant water-saving effects.

  2. Timing and Sensor Control
Some models (such as the GYJ-0072-C toilet foaming controller) are equipped with a timer function, allowing for preset foaming time (value a) and stopping time (value b) to achieve periodic automatic foaming. The foaming detection sensor can monitor the foam status in real-time and trigger an indicator light to remind for maintenance when the foam is insufficient. Even if there is no signal from the sensor, the device will continue to operate in a cycle according to the preset time to ensure stability.

  3. Water-Saving and Environmentally Friendly Design
The foam layer replaces the traditional water flushing method, significantly reducing water consumption. For example, Beijing Anbangjie's self-developed foaming sealing equipment and control system reduce water consumption per person to less than one-tenth of that of traditional toilets by optimizing the foaming liquid ratio and compressed air supply, while also reducing sewage discharge. This makes it suitable for water-scarce areas or scenarios with high environmental protection requirements.

II. Typical Product Types

  1. Sitting Toilet Type
For example, the FP-109 foaming toilet adopts a sitting design, suitable for scenic spots, gardens, and high-end public toilets. Its integrated structure combines the foaming device with the toilet, making installation convenient. Moreover, the foam layer can reduce excrement splashing, improving hygiene levels.

  2. Squatting Toilet Type
Both the FP-101 unit numerically controlled foaming squatting toilet and the FP-106 integrated foaming squatting toilet are designed for public toilets. The former automatically controls the foaming amount through a numerical control system, while the latter adopts a modular design to simplify the installation process. Both types feature water-saving and odorless characteristics.

  3. Core Device Components
The core devices of foam-type toilets include a foaming cylinder, a liquid storage tank, a liquid level balancing tank, etc. The liquid level balancing tank uses the principle of a U-shaped tube to stabilize the foaming liquid supply, ensuring continuous foam generation; the compressed air system controls the foam density by adjusting the air pressure, extending the duration of the foam layer.

III. Installation and Maintenance Points

Taking the intelligent toilet foaming agent (such as the Z60 model) as an example, during installation, the bottle cap needs to be unscrewed, and two tubes are inserted into the foaming agent bottle and then the bottle cap is tightened to prevent liquid leakage. For daily maintenance, it is necessary to regularly check the remaining amount of foaming liquid (observed through the liquid level balancing tank), clean the inner wall of the foaming cylinder (to avoid blockage by residues), and replace the compressed air filter element (to ensure stable air pressure).
